"Arrived first day and the shower drainage was not working at all so the washroom ended up flooding and the water was up to our ankles while we showered.
The property is not well maintained. The swimming pool had a bunch of loose tiles and my kids end up cutting their feet while swimming. When the staff were alerted to the problem, they did not take action to resolve it and seem to not care.
One highlight was that the cleaning staff were helpful and kind.
