"The bed cushions were great, and I felt very comfortable. As a Japanese person who is not very good at communicating in English, I felt reassured because all the staff spoke slowly to me. I wanted to enjoy my first meal in London outside the hotel, so I didn’t use the food options. I received sweets and sparkling water through the greeting service, and they were delicious!"

"Staff was superb. Restaurants were predictably pricey. Room was very quiet and comfortable. Great location; the National Gallery and National Portrait Gallery are adjacent. Chinatown and major shopping is very near. So are theatres. But I come back to compliment the excellent staff and service."
