"The drive resembles an entrance to building site, large pot hoke. Wall paper peeling off in bathroom, bed mattress bigger then bed base/6 inches over hang but was comfortable. Heavy duty curtains r/h hanging on by 2 clips, tv stand broken & lots of dust + no back up toilet roll. Didn't go down for second breakfast as it's not even continental. "Receptionists were friendly. The host at breakfast ensured my vegan sausages (ordered at reception the day before) were freshly heated on my arrival and breakfast was lovely. He was attentive and polite. Room was very clean with a view overlooking the garden (Room 1, double, first floor). It's one street away from the main Headingley Lane bus stops straight into Leeds City Centre and buses are regular. Lots of pubs, restaurants, hustle & bustle (it's the student area of the city)....
