"Unfortunately, our stay fell short in several areas. 1. The restroom near the pool was extremely dirty and had a terrible smell, which made it impossible for us to use the pool at all. This should be a basic standard for any hotel. 2. During breakfast, I asked the waitress to microwave a cup of milk for my son, and she told me they would charge a fee just to do that. "Comfortable & watm bed with perfect amount of bedding & comforter. Room was clean & well stocked. Staff was pleasant. Breakfast was closed by 9am. Many svcs not done at this hotel that are courteously & readily done at other same hotels. Flew in. Did not drive. Airport shuttle service was one of the reasons I picked this hotel. Thank you."

"The room was nice with 2 separate bedrooms. And a nice disability shower. And kitchen so we could prepare food. The staff was friendly and helpful when I needed something. The room could have been cleaner and old dirty carpets in room but the bed was comfortable and clean, and it was affordable and worked for our needs."
