"We had a great stay. The pool was small but it was fun on the 9th floor. The free snacks and drinks at dinner time was an amazing perk. We got three alcoholic drinks per adult. The next morning we had a great breakfast. We were able to extend our check out time till 3 pm for an extra $30 and it was so worth it as we were next door at Comerica for a cheer competition and we enjoyed coming back to relax before awards. "

Its location near the Star District and the Ford Center made it an exceptional place to stay. "The hotel is beautiful and in a beautiful area with beatiful view..BUT the service could have been better it did not align. I felt the carpets needed cleaning especially with some guests having their pets. I simply expected more for price and location. Staff did not go above and beyond to accomodate. "

"Friendly staff, everything was clean and well maintained. The bed wasn’t super comfortable for me and I asked for extra towels and for the room to be picked up in the morning when the staff was in the hall, I had a work related call several hours later in the room and that’s when they decided to bring the towels and clean. Some of that is on me for not using a Do Not Disturb sign but I wish they’d taken care of that in the morning or at least within a couple of hours of me asking. Apart from...
