Location! One Bedroom Condo w/Mountain View, Full Kitchen, 2 Creekside Decks

We are located at the popular North Creek Resort and this hillside one bedroom suite has unobstructed views of hills and forest with easy access to trails! The unit has a rustic vibe enhanced with granite counter tops throughout and nature inspired decor. California shutters throughout. Sleeps 4 comfortably (total) with a separate bedroom having a queen bed plus a pullout sofa bed in the main living area. All linens and towels are included for use during your stay. Make complete meals in our full kitchen which is equipped with all cookware, dishes and utensils. Bathroom has 2 sinks and oversized counter. Listen to the babbling creek all day, but especially early morning or evening when nature calls. There are 2 oversized, private covered decks creating a feeling of extra space outside. The mountain view and Creekside sounds are incredible!

Unlimited WiFi included.

Parking is free for guests only, with some underground parking if needed.

At this property you are only 1 km away from mountain activities and attractions at Blue Mountain Village, 4 km from Wasaga Beach, 3 km from horseback riding, 4 km to world class Scandinave Spa, 4 km to the Scenic Caves Nature Adventures Park and so much more.

The resort offers 2 outdoor tennis courts for use by NCR guests only. Each court also has Pickle Ball lines. Please pack your own equipment.

The resort outdoor heated pool is open May Civic Weekend to Labour Day and hot tub is open year-round. Hours are typically 9 am to 9 pm. Use by NCR guests only.

The resort has a fully licensed restaurant in the main lodge called The Indian Spice. Dine in or enjoy service to the patio in warmer months with a mountain view!

Coin laundry is available on site in a separate building. Cost is $2.50 per load. Pack your own supplies.

Overall good , thank you for sharing your property with us! Just a few things to look into: missing pillow cases for pull out couch, sheets & towels didn’t smell fresh, heating unit in bedroom looks like it needs cleaning. These are details only. We would rent again & recommend to others.

Tournament Weekend

We stayed for a hockey tournament and it was an easy location to go back and forth to the arenas. The comfort of home while on the road is much nicer than a hotel. Clean, cozy and would definitely go back.

Was generally pretty happy with our stay and would return. The place is small for 4, when the hide a bed is item there's not much room to move around. A couple of disappointments were that the north ski area is only open until 4:30, so if you're plans include night skiing be prepared to use the shuttle. Also we forgot to pack shampoo and conditioner and there was none in the suite. The kids found the hide a bed uncomfortable and the cover that was on the mattress was dirty when we first opened it.

Week-end away

Very convenient access to the Village which was great. Nice size for my wife and I. The condo was comfortable and warm. The unit would benefit from a refresh; starting to look its age. I would say that with all the other places available, definitely needs more appeal. Also, troubles with only the Roku box for a TV input no cable TV). Not familiar with the set up but limited to only what Roku had available. No live sports, etc. so we found an old movie to watch anyway. It went off mid way through which was disappointing. However, great time hiking the mountain and evenings in the village. So a great weekend !

Mostly Positive

A nice, clean unit excellent for 2 people. The privacy is very good, the balcony faces a stream & the forest, lots of birdlife & small little creatures - bunnies & squirrels.- One drawback I think needs mentioning is the mattress is not very firm & seems to dip in the middle. Maybe time for a new one?

Damp and musty

The property location was fine, however the inside conditions of the unit were less tan satisfactory. It has water damage to the carpeting and was still wet are entire stay. Very odourous.

Blue mountain getaway

Unit a good size, but owner should let people know it is in the last building on the property at the back. Comfortable inside, well equipped. Outdoor deck needs new furniture, chairs were old and dirty. Cleaners need to do a better job.

We were very disappointed with how dirty the place was and my kids had a horrible sleep on the pull out bed. It was extremely uncomfortable and totally uncomfortable. Not what we were expecting at all.

Getaway

Our short stay in Collingwood/Blue Mountain was good. I haven’t been up there in years & surprised how built up it is. The location of the condo was perfect. It was a short drive to The Village, downtown Collingwood & Wasaga Beach. We even took in a trail ride at Mountain View Stables 5 minutes away. The condo could use some new small appliances like kettle(wires at end of cord showing which could be dangerous), & toaster. Also some of the electrical outlets were lose. The condo was a comfortable size & loved hearing the stream running outside the patio. Unfortunately they need better insulation in ceiling as you can hear people above if they are heavy footed.

Perfect setting

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property was next door to Blue Mountain and the Scenic Caves. The property was a perfect setting. Our favourite spot to sit was on the balcony listening to the stream and birds. The host was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. We look forward to returning.
