Great location but very poor communication

Very clean and spacious and within walking distance to Blue Mountain Village. Very high cleaning fee despite having had to unload the dishwasher upon arrival and then reload and set prior to leaving along with cleaning the BBQ, sorting and emptying the trash and recycling and loading and setting the washing machine. Sadly there was a week long lapse of communication from the host regarding the death of my mother death and us requesting a reschedule to a future date. I was unable to go,however two of my friends were able to enjoy the space and the location.

The townhouse is beautiful! Not very far to walk to Blue Mountain Village. And the shuttle service worked out great also! We would definitely go there again.

Great place for a family. Stay with three adults for two nights. way more space than we needed. Comfortable and clean. Host were easily contacted. Easy check in. Walking distance to village. You need to cross busy intersection however there are traffic lights. Sidewalks were buried under snow so you had to walk on road tricky when busy with traffic. Safer to drive 2 minutes.Lots to do if you don’t ski. Loved it would definitely come again. Thank you.

Mildly enjoyable

Just letting you know that we couldn't access through the front door. Keypad not working, used the garage every time. Even after contacting you about the internet we still couldn't access it so we went the entire time without. Realized not much to do at this time of year. In between seasonal activities. That's our fault. Nice location to the villiage and Collingwood. Maybe leave brochures for customers on what you can do in the area.

Blue Mountain visit

First experience with VRBO and we were pleasantly surprised, nice property near the village and only a 20 minute drive to Wasaga which made it possible to enjoy both beach and activities. Hope to do this again.

Family Getaway

Stay was wonderful, beautiful home great location and living space. Bedrooms were comfortable, large bathrooms, property was very clean. Opportunities for improvement: new bbq brush to clean the bbq needed, more wine glasses and a large pot to make pasta would have been good. Otherwise it was very nice!! Would absolutely go back!

A wonderful stay overall

The property was wonderful and we had a great stay overall. We liked the proximity and also the distance to/from the village. This was our first VRBO and we thought it was a bit odd to be asked to clean (put all towels in the washer/add soap/etc and take out all of the trash - despite paying a cleaning fee. We obliged but also had to flag some significant house keeping items that had not been addressed. Would probably VRBO again as it’s nice to have the extra space but kinda wrecked the vacation buzz to be running around doing laundry and cleaning before heading out so would address what’s included in a cleaning fee before booking next time.
