The staff were really nice and helpful. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean. We went there in the coldest weather and the outdoor hot spa was just amazing. The only downside was that the room was not really soundproof. There were some guests partying over midnight and it was really noisy ...

Best Western Plus Parry Sound
Moldy grout in the shower. Only two towels. Was not as clean despite the staff on their hands and knees cleaning the floor in the lobby. Isabelle at the bar is a delight though.

Cozy Muskoka Winter Escape **Hot Tub** **Hidden Valley Ski Resort**
We totally loved this place with the spa and fire pit. The only things is that the hot tub wasn't working properly.

Lake Joseph Luxury Retreat
The cottage and property were both very nice. There were more items in the house than I expected, many appliances and cookware that were helpful in the kitchen, puzzles, cleaning products, etc.
