First day I arrived early morning, 7:30 am and my room was supposed to be ready for 3:00 pm. one of the crew took special care of me and she made arrangements for my room to be ready by 10:00 am. she did an amazing job. The hotel lacks a proper restaurant and some minor maintenance issues. I had fish and chips one night and it was frozen boxed fish that you can purchase as any grocery store. "Bed was uncomfortable. Two single beds joined together with a thin double mattress put on top. There was a dip down the middle of the bed where there was a gap between the beds. It’s a real shame as the hotel was pleasant and very quiet."

"Excellent location as we were watching a show at the O2 arena. A piece of history in the middle of high rise buildings. It’s been lovingly restored and maintained with quirky design elements to it. They had great breakfast choices and had a relaxed atmosphere. I love these kinds of places. Just the relaxing weekend my husband needed."
