"The room has a smell probably from the carpet, the front desk took me to see a room downstairs and I asked him if I can see the room upstairs as well he declined that he won’t do it that the rooms are the same. Called me on the room phone the next day that I am suppose to check out told him I booked 2 nights and not one, he asked me to come down and I did only for him to find out it was his mistake that he didn’t check well, he just said ok you can go with no apology."
