The location is great, beds were very comfortable and the yard was perfect for dogs. Everything inside seemed brand new. Wonderful stay! Highly recommend.

Repeat stay for us

We love the location of this place, and we love the hospitality of the host. there’s a fabulous dog park just three minutes away which I highly recommend if you bring your furry friends. Excellent shower, beds, kitchen, and living room.We will be back again or we visit family. This is our new home away from home.

3 years running and it keeps getting better!

We stay here every time we visit family and every time it gets a little bit better. Which is so impressive because it starts off pretty darn good.For minor improvements in the kitchen from the updated bedding, and the additional towels, we appreciate that they’re putting back into the space.

Well stocked kitchen, says the person who was cooking while on vacation for 2 soldiers on leave. Was able to cook what was requested with what was in the kitchen. Comfy beds.

As excellent as our last stay!

Home is in excellent, comfortable condition. It is described perfectly. We visit family who live just under 10 minutes away and we need a place that is closer than the hotels. This is a nice quiet getaway that we will again happily utilize!

place was clean, sufficient for our needs, beds were excellent, shower had enough power to wash my hair, and the location was great as we are near family. They also have a dog park three minutes away and that was used every single day by us. We’ve been there before we’ll be back again.

Outstanding home and had everything you needed. It was clean and very comfortable. Everything was well thought out to make the stay really special. The furnishings and decorations in each room made me feel HGTV had a presence .

Absolutely charming

We enjoyed a quick weekend at this quaint and charming home. It is a lovely and well cared for home with beautiful decor and appears newly renovated. Definitely has all the amenities. Thank you so much.

Nice Place

This was a nice place, well taken care of, very clean, well stocked, owner was easy to get a hold of and responded fast! Plenty of room. Not far from town. Nice neighbors!

This is the second stay for my husband and his brother as they visit family less than 10 minutes away. The place is exactly as described. It is close to their parent's house, it is clean and has comfortable beds. This is their second stay and my husband is quite particular about how he spends money. This more than fits the bill!

Wish I could have stayed longer

Had some trouble getting the code to the door but the company was super helpful so that was not an issue. When we went inside, the place was pleasantly decorated and furnished. Everything looked clean. And the water in the fridge was very appreciated.

Beautiful Space | Great Communication

We returned to Texarkana for professional meetings. As we needed a place where we could spread out to work, relax, and host friends for visits, this house more than satisfied our expectations. Tim, the host, was amazing -- answering all our inquiries in a timely manner. Tim went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. Thank you so much! The house was clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well equipped and spacious. Everything was perfect. When we return to Texarkana, we will certainly check the availability of this house first.
