"This was our fourth time in Moraira and this is by far the best villa we have stayed in. The photos are a very accurate representation of the property which is extremely comfortable, well equipped and with enough space for a large family or groups of friends. The pool area is great and the open plan kitchen / dining/ living area is spacious and very nice.It's a short walk into town taking only around 7-8 minutes so the location is excellent and the area is very quiet and safe."

"This villa is charming. It’s clear it’s been a well loved family home. Yes a few rooms need updating as others have said but everything works well. Lovely outside balconies and comfortable furniture. Outstanding pool area where we spent most of our time and beautiful lit up at night. The area is beautiful and quiet. Easy to get to the beaches a short walk away. Would definitely stay again. "

"Our stay at Casa Rosa was amazing. It was our second stay there. Nice and quiet, clean and with a great garden/pool area. Everything you need within walking distance and Moraira is a short cheap taxi ride. Jeff was incredibly helpful and friendly as was Ray. We have stayed in other villas in Moraira but will never stay anywhere else now."

"Es war alles super. Ein wunderschönes, großes, geräumiges Haus mit einem sehr schönem Außenbereich und tollem Pool. Zahlreiche Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten wie Tischtennis, Boccia und ein SUP. Die Küche(n) waren voll ausgestattet. Die Zimmer waren modern mit jeweils eigenem on-Site Badezimmer. Sehr schöne Inneneinrichtung! :)"

"Stayed here for a week, 4 adults 2 children. Some minor negatives, there’s no oven but there is a combi microwave. Furniture had signs of wear and minor staining. Otherwise it’s comfortable and well equipped. Lots of positives. Property is split into two separate apartments which suited us perfectly. It’s in a cul de sac and was therefore a very quiet area.
