  • Villa El Portet Beach es una lujosa villa para 10 personas ubicada en el exclusivo barrio de El Portet, en Moraira. A solo 1 km del encantador pueblo de Moraira y a 150 m de la playa, todo está a poca distancia a pie. Varios restaurantes y bares acogedores también están a poca distancia. Incluso el supermercado está a la vuelta de la esquina. Villa El Portet Beach cuenta con una bonita piscina y una amplia cocina exterior con barbacoa. Además, cuenta con una hermosa terraza con vistas panorámicas al mar e incluso al Peñón de IFACH en Calpe.
    ¡La estancia en nuestra hermosa villa española con una gran naja no deja nada que desear!
    El jardín mediterráneo que rodea la villa es también un cuadro. Para los más deportistas, hay un kayak y una tabla de SUP en el garaje.
    La villa goza de una ubicación tranquila con mucha privacidad. El camino frente a la casa es un callejón sin salida, solo una escalera que lleva al mar al final.
    La villa está construida en 2 plantas con un total de 5 dormitorios, 3 baños, varias terrazas y una maravillosa piscina con mucha privacidad. ¡Esta villa garantiza unas vacaciones fantásticas! Desde 2015, tenemos otra casa que sin duda merece la pena. Está un poco más arriba en la montaña, a unos 400 m del mar y ofrece unas preciosas vistas. Si introduce el número 1931002 en la barra de tareas de Homeaway (en el campo "¿Dónde quiere ir?"), verá todas las fotos, precios, etc. Como llevamos más tiempo con esta casa, también somos Socio Premium de Homeaway y tenemos muchas reseñas de 5 estrellas.

    Salón 1 y cocina - Planta baja
    Amplio y luminoso salón con suelo de baldosas españolas, cocina abierta (equipada con todas las comodidades, como lavavajillas, frigorífico, congelador, horno y cafetera Nespresso), con zona de estar y comedor. Sin embargo, le recomendamos pasar la mayor parte del tiempo en la naja (terraza cubierta) contigua o en la piscina con cocina exterior contigua. Se puede acceder a la naja desde el salón a través de las grandes puertas correderas.

    Dormitorio 1 - Planta baja (mismo nivel que el salón y la cocina)
    Una habitación espaciosa con ventanas con mosquiteras y aire acondicionado. Amplio armario. En esta planta también hay un amplio baño con bañera, inodoro y lavabo.

    Dormitorio 2 - Planta baja
    Precioso y espacioso dormitorio en la planta baja con armario empotrado, mosquiteras en las ventanas y aire acondicionado. Frente al dormitorio se encuentra el baño con bañera e inodoro.

    Dormitorio 3 - Planta baja
    Un dormitorio más pequeño pero acogedor con armarios empotrados y cerca de la puerta exterior que da a la piscina. También está equipado con aire acondicionado.

    Dormitorio 4 - Sótano
    Amplio dormitorio con armario empotrado, mosquiteras y aire acondicionado. En el dormitorio se encuentra la puerta que da acceso al espacioso baño en suite con ducha, inodoro y lavabo.

    Dormitorio 5 - Sótano
    Amplio dormitorio con armario empotrado, mosquiteras y aire acondicionado. Este dormitorio también tiene su propio baño con bañera e inodoro. En el exterior de este baño hay una ducha independiente junto a la sauna. Piscina

Ein sehr tolles Haus! Moraira ist mit einem schönen Spaziergang gut erreichbar und der Strand von El Portet direkt um die Ecke. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit! Die Ausstattung und Raumaufteilung ist hervorragend!

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in Villa el portret. 6 volwassenen en 4 kinderen. alles was in het huis aanwezig, zelfs wat naaigerei wat we toevallig even nodig hadden. we missen nu al de gezelligheid van de 2 grote terrassen. de kids het mooie zwembad. De communicatie met Pleun verliep heel goed en ook Ulli de beheerster niks dan lof. het is voor ons zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Perfect Location!

This villa is in the perfect location for the beach, restaurants and a lovely walk into Moraira. The villa itself is clean, tidy and well maintained. It has everything you need for your stay, together with a great pool!

Wij hadden het heel gezellig in het fantastisch ingerichte huis. De ligging, uitzicht en mooie plaats zijn uitstekend. Het zwembad top!Een punt: Het kon schoner zijn vooral de keuken en tafels smerig en somige handdoeken en beddengoed zijn aan vervanging toe.

Amazing villa, in a great location, 2 minutes from the beach. There’s a small supermarket within a couple of minutes walk but only with very basic supplies - no meat or veg but great for fresh bread and croissants. It’s a 20 minute walk into Moriara where there are lovely restaurants and bars and a larger supermarket. Travelled with a family group including young children - the villa was perfect for them.

Villa El Portet

We have just enjoyed another splendid holiday in this villa. It is all and more than we could ask for. It is high quality, perfectly maintained, the location is amazing and the recent addition of heating to the swimming pool has made a big difference. It’s a highly recommended stay.

Beautiful villa in a great location, is 150 meters from beach but up a very steep hill, so party members with limited mobility struggle. However views and quality of villa are excellent.

Beautiful villa in excellent location

Property was of a high standard and very clean. We liked having several outdoor areas to sit and eat/drink. Kitchen was well-equipped. Really close to the lovely beach. Maybe not ideal for very young children/infants as there is no security around the pool and a number of unprotected steps.

Great Villa

Excellent Villa, with a great pool and facilities, beach really close with bars and an excellent restaurant. Great to get fresh croissants in the morning from the bakery a couple of hundred yards. The villa was perfect for us as a family with our parents too, there is plenty of room with several areas where you can go to relax away from the others if necessary. The large dining table on the veranda was perfect for the family meals. We had a wonderful time and we found it very relaxing. We will be returning.

Outstanding house and surrounding

Yvonne and Pleune are the best hosts we ever had! The house itself is perfectly located with a wonderful view on the Ifach mountain and the sea. Only 3 minutes walk to the beach of El Portet with it’s nice beach bars and tapas and sunset. The city of Moraira is only a twenty minutes walk away with all it’s nice restaurants and shops. The Villa El Portet is equipped with everything and more you need for a perfect stay We thank you for a perfect holiday and will return

Fantastic first stay in El Portet

Beautiful villa spotlessly clean and very comfortable, beds fantastic and as a group of 9 ladies loved the single duvets on the big beds. Excellent location a couple of minutes walk to El Portet beach and just a 15mins stroll into Moraira. Fantastic outdoor spaces to eat and relax and a beautiful pool. Only additional thing we would have liked is a full length mirror and a mirror in each of the bedrooms. This did not detract in any way from our fabulous holiday and i most definitely would stay in this villa and this resort again.

Wonderful

Such a beautiful villa in a stunning location. The views from the terrace were lovely and the villa was stocked up with all the things you need for every day living. We couldn’t fault anything, but as others have mentioned it would have been nice to have had mirrors in the bedrooms. The location is just perfect, near a beautiful beach and about a 20 minute walk into Moraira. Communication with the owner was easy and friendly and check in and out faultless. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again in a heart beat ❤️. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Villa El Portet

Lovely Villa in a quiet location, just a two minute walk to the beach. The beach is quite small so gets busy at weekends, when the locals use it and would be cosy in the peak season. Moraira is a scenic walk along the coast taking around 25mins to all the shops and restaurants. Locally there is a small supermarket which supply's the essentials and is run by a lovely British family, with fresh loaves of bread and croissants each day. La casita restaurant is close by and worth a visit especially on Bar b Q night and there is another restaurant by the beach along with a small bar.

REALLY GREAT STAY

A beautifully appointed and spacious 5 bedroom villa, very well equipped , within walking distance to a small beach ideal for swimming, and the small uncommercial port of El Portet with a larger town Moraira within a 15 scenic walk with views . Has everything needed down to all your towels , bikes, paddleboard , and a kayak. Priced very reasonably for a 10 capacity Villa in early September . Pool and BBQ area lovely with a superb outside shower , useable for getting ready . Gardens lovely too, as were the several outside areas and roof terrace , we lived outside . Thank you for such a lovely stay in your wonderfull villa.

An Amazing Holiday

This a superb villa. Its location is quiet, away from the bustle of El Portet. It's very well equipped, although could benefit from a couple of parasols. Everything you could need is there in the house and there is even a kayak, paddle board and two bikes. It's literally a 3 minute walk to the beach and 10 -15 minutes into beautiful Moraira town. The villa's swimming pool was very well used during our stay, as was the outside kitchen and BBQ. We were a party of 9, Grandparents, parents and grandchildren. The youngest was only 4 months old and the villa provides a lovely cot and high chair.There is a large terrace at the front with sea views and a good spot to watch the bats at night. The roof terrace is also a great sunbathing spot in the day or cocktails at night. Also helpful owners and housekeeper. Nothing to find fault with.

Beautiful villa with all you need for an fabulous family holiday !

We were a family of 8 ranging from 8 months to 65 years of age. The property is really well set up with plenty of towels, A/C in all bedrooms and rooms and plenty of crockery including a teapot which was well used ! The outside shower was really useful, hot and private! We had mixed weather and the outdoor covered space meant we could still be outside mostly! We managed without a car, however the small local supermarket is only open short days so a walk to Moraira was required for provisions. The in- door seating areas were for 5 -6 people, however there were plenty of outdoor options! The local contact ( Ulli) sorted a broken tap the following day and her communication was excellent! There was plenty of baby equipment for more than one baby. The beach at El Portet is excellent and we swam in the sea. We ate at La Casita 3 times and it was excellent food and service! We would love to return !

Lovely location, but a couple of issues

The villa is in a lovely location close to the beach. We were a family of 8. The front naya of the villa served us well for family entertainment with the large table and seating area. We had two main lights out in two of the bedrooms which made the room dark, the bedding looked a little tired and as we had three members of our family who were particularly tall the bedding of single duvet covers was not suitable so we ended up buying new bedding. The swimming pool area was also lovely however we had a five year old with us and felt it wasn’t particularly suitable with its sharp tiled edges and resulted in her cutting her chin and a trip to the a and e to be stitched. As a family we felt the villa was ideal for walking to the beach and into town and although we had a few issues overall we had a lovely stay. The last three nights we had cockroaches in the downstairs utility/bathroom and bedroom areas which we informed the manager. We understand that this does happen in properties in hot countries. The few issues that arised however did not impact on us having a lovely holiday.

Vi hadde en fantastisk flott uke! Vi var ti personer, to besteforeldre, med barn, svigerbarn og fire barnebarn! Huset med fasiliteter svarte til forventningene! Kort vei til deilig strand med strandbar med nydelig mat! Fint å gå tur i nærområde, spesielt opp til tårnet! Kort vei til Moraira, en sjarmerende by!
