The lovely communal pool surrounded by soft grass and set in beautiful well kept tropical gardens makes this a perfect base for a truly relaxing holiday and is ideal for couples and families who wish to enjoy a peaceful location yet have easy access to the beach and local amenities. Comfortable, modern and well equipped this fully air conditioned property has one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, a lounge diner, kitchen, modern bathroom with rain forest shower, sun terrace to the front and private rear courtyard garden, perfect for al fresco dining. There is a bbq, sun loungers, outdoor furniture and a lovely roof terrace with fantastic views. Marble floors throughout, great speed free WIFI. Private parking to front aspect. Moraira, an unspoilt town with typical Spanish charm has a beautiful coastal road offering lovely views, roof top bars in the Marina and the town centre offers a more lively atmosphere with plenty of shops, bars and excellent restaurants. Skøn modtagelse og mulighed for tidlig check in. Meget venlig og kontaktbar vært med hurtig svar. Vil gøre alt for at opfylde ønsker til at gøre opholdet perfekt. Fantastisk rolig kvarter og gå afstand til by, strand, og beværtninger.Meget rene værelser og super terrasse med fin balance med en privat placering og alligevel direkte adgang til pool.

Lovely property, 1 mile from the town centre. Hilly, but wonderful, quiet location. Beautiful gardens and patio opens on to pool area. Moraira is stunning, very Spanish and not a sunbed on the beach. Love it! Amazing restaurants and very chilled vibe. Highly recommend

Very nice stay in Moraira

Very nice and comfortable location. Public pool but not crowded at all. Very clean. Entire area is kind of close community, very quiet no car traffic. To Moraira is better to drive with the car as walking back in the heat of 35 deg could be a challenge. In Moraira are planty restaurants with great food. Adam and Jana

Quietly relaxing stay

Had a very relaxing time and the accommodation and facilities were just the right for a couple. The Pool is excellent, it is very accessible from the accommodation and was never crowded. A significant negative was that the walk to and from the town was a problem in the heat of the day so we ended up driving. Meant that we didn’t go out much in the town in the evening. Could have benefitted from having instructions for house facilities such as cooker, hob and microwave. An easy to use washing machine was a plus point tho.

Un appartement très agréable dans une résidence dotée d'une belle piscine et d'un très beau jardin

L'appartement est très agréable et bien aménagé. Le jardin et la piscine sont très beaux. Exceptée la photo de la terrasse les photos correspondent à la réalité. L'appartement est environ à 1km 5 de la plage de Moraira et en été la voiture ou un engin motorisé est nécessaire : l'appartement est situé sur les hauteurs et de la plage à l'appartement, il y a plusieurs montées et descentes! Cela étant , nous n'avons jamais eu de difficultés pour nous garer à Moraira qui est une charmante station balnéaire.

Beautiful modern villa and excellently equipped with everything you might need to enjoy your holiday

The villa is in a beautiful residential area in Moraira. It is near the town but being on a hill we did find it was a 15/20 walk down the hill to the centre but more like a 30/40 min back up the hill home. The villa was modern and brilliantly equipped so that we were able to cook at home as well as eat out. The shared pool was beautiful and bigger than it looks in the pictures and the villa is brilliantly located just next to it. I seem to remember the description said the villa had sea views, but only if you stand on the roof terrace. We found some lovely restaurants and bars in Moraira and also enjoyed exploring the numerous beaches and other towns along the coast line. All in all our family thouroughly enjoyed our holiday here and would very happily return.

Delightful location with lovely outside patio areas and BBQ and immaculate swimming pool and garden.

Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful , tranquil location . We would suggest some internal furnishing improvements : 4 comfortable chairs inside , one for each person. Better quality beds and lighting in twin room . Slats on beds had been repaired previously and collapsed on a couple of occasions . The second bed was a “push under” one with no headboard attached . A loose headboard gave a head rest but constantly rattled when turning over and the bed separated from it . There was no side light for this bed . The wall lighting had been placed for a double bed originally so no direct light for this second bed. We were taken aback to be left only a quarter of a toilet roll and be told we had to buy . I think a couple of rolls for 4 people to start off for a fortnight is reasonable . The toilet seat was loose and moved and needs to be fixed . There was only one pan with a lid . Finally , we had understood from the original site map that the property was located centrally in Moraira although we afterwards found the verbal description of having to walk 20 mins or whatever to the nearest shop . Is the location on the map correct? Having said all that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return to this lovely spot . The direct access to the pool was just lovely and the gardens a delight .

Charming and relaxing place

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Moraira. The house is very well located in a very quiet place. It is very functional and well equipped. The swimming pool Is great.
