  • Amazing Penthouse Apartment, in an ideal location, overlooking the picturesque Moraira Marina and enjoying Spectacular Sea Views, Calpe Rock, and Mountains. As this beautiful apartment is South facing it has the pleasure of enjoying all day sun during the winter and summer months. Recently renovated in the last year to a very high standard, with marble floor tiles throughout, two new modern bathrooms and a new open plan modern kitchen with all new appliances including a new fridge and a new oven. Just bought in December 2022 are new furnishings in the lounge, sofas and coffee tables . Also new are the Swedish high quality beds in the two double bedrooms. Sleeps 4 persons. An elevator takes you directly to the entrance door of the apartment. When entering the apartment there is an entrance hall, then through into the dining room / lounge where you will be stunned by the amazing sea views you see immediately from all the windows and the full size glass balcony doors.. This beautiful apartment has two double bedrooms, two new modern bathrooms, one full bathroom with large shower, the other with toilet and wash hand basin. A large living room and dining room with a good sized private sun terrace / balcony enjoying amazing Sea and Marina Views, Calpe Rock, and the surrounding mountains . The apartment has hot and cold air conditioning in both the bedrooms and the lounge / dining room. Installed is free high speed Fibre Internet, and an internet TV system providing a large selection of T.V channels in many languages. From this beautiful apartment you are in a perfect location for walking to the two blue flag beaches, one being the pretty El Portet Bay, the other Moraira large town centre beach. Within 2 minutes you can walk to the many shops, restaurants and bars. A private parking space in the underground garage for a small car is also available.

Super fijn verblijf met fantastisch uitzicht

Fijn appartement met mooi uitzicht

Wij hadden een fijn verblijf. Paula wachtte ons op bij het appartement. Zij was tijdens het verblijf goed bereikbaar en reageerde snel. Appartement was van alle gemakken voorzien. Heel makkelijk dat we konden parkeren in de garage.

Costa Blanca magnificent

All the comforts for a relaxing time exploring this area with beaches, vistas and food. The apartment is spacious and well furnished. Paula knows all about the area and is very helpful and accommodating. Our favorite restaurant Enzo is only a 3 minute walk. Could not imagine a finer place for us while on the Costa Blanca.

We had another amazing stay and as always Paula gave us a warm welcome and made sure we had everything we needed, including bringing me a hairdryer on a Sunday when the one usually in the apartment was missing. We will be back as soon as we possibly can.

The perfect location

The apartment was clean & had all that we needed for our stay. It’s best feature was definitely its location & the stunning sea views. The perfect spot to get out and about around Moraira with everything we wanted to see/do within easy walking distance. Paula was very helpful, made the check in/out process very easy & offered her recommendations on places to eat/drink. All in all, despite a bit of unsettled weather on a couple of days we had a lovely stay. Thank you.

Perfect location in a modern apartment

We spent three relaxed weeks in Moraira. The apartment is spacious and includes everything you need. The balcony is especially great when you get weather which is not ideal for the beach (which one should expect in April). You can still spend time “outside” and enjoy the phantastic view. The location in the center of the village is perfect to go out in the evenings without using the car.

Best apartment we've ever had in Moraira. It has exceeded our expectations. Paula the administrator is professional and just a lovely person.The view is phenomenal, and the location is perfect.The equipment is sufficient and nicely furnished.Absolutely no faults to report. Unfortunately, we could not use the garage, as the exit was too narrow for our car. With a smaller car, it would not be a problem.

Gorgeous penthouse apartment

Our stay has been amazing, as soon as I walked into the apartment and saw the views I was completely overwhelmed, it is furnished to a high contemporary standard and extremely clean, I am a very fussy person when it comes to choosing holiday rentals but this was just outstanding with a perfect location and I would highly recommend and most definitely stay here again. Our host Paula Hilton is fabulous to communicate with and met us at the property, such a lovely lady. My husband did get a little stressed parking our hire car in the underground carpark, it is rather tight but I think most of the car parks are like this and it would not prevent us staying here again at this stunning beautiful apartment.

Wunderbares Appartement

Uns hat die Wohnung wirklich sehr gut gefallen. Wenn man zum ersten Mal reinkommt ist es noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Die Lage ist einfach bombastisch. Außerdem ist die Wohnung perfekt ausgestattet. Wir haben wirklich nichts vermisst. Paula hat sich toll um uns gekümmert, sie war sehr nett und unkompliziert und ist selbst auf ein zwei spezielle Wünsche von uns eingegangen. Sie hatte uns sogar eine Flasche Sekt geschenkt, für den Geburtstag meiner Freundin. Das Appartement hat seinen Preis, aber es lohnt sich!

Beautiful apartment with a great view and location

This apartment is perfect. The photos do not do justice to the spectacular view, with the marina on one side of the building and the mountains on the other. The location is quiet but also very convenient. There is a cut-through just down the road which takes you right into the centre of town, near to the church. The apartment is clean and spacious with all facilities, including the main UK TV channels as well and many other international ones. Paula is a wonderful host, with clear communication beforehand and a great welcome on arrival. She was always helpful with any queries throughout our stay and really did help to make the whole holiday run smoothly. We will be back!

Perfect for what we needed

We were looking for somewhere In the middle of Moraira near a beach for my wife, somewhere to snorkel for me and not too far from the shops so elderly dad could walk there and this was perfect. The apartment was modern and well furnished and had good facilities including a big tv with uk channels available, so great for the Olympics. Aircon was great when needed and there were excellent ceiling fans in bedrooms and comfy beds. Paula, the lady who met us couldn’t have been more helpful. One thing I would recommend is that if you are hiring a car, get a small one. We were upgraded to a Citroen C3 and it was a bit nerve wracking at first getting in and out of the car park, but you get used to it. I saw a BMW estate in there so it can be done with bigger. Apart from that, nothing but praise!

Wow, Wow, Wow!!

This apartment is by far the best we have ever stayed in, and we have stayed in a lot over the years and around the world… The apartment is very clean and tidy and very up to date, it has everything you need for a holiday. All the furniture and furnishings are new, clean, comfortable and very modern. The views..Wow..sitting on the balcony overlooking the Marina is pure heaven, it is beautiful and quiet. The location is top class, just minutes from cafes, restaurants, shops, in fact everything you would need. The garage is a tight squeeze and as recommended a small car is essential, although there are places to park within minutes of the apartment. The excellent beach is only minutes away by foot, and what a beautiful beach it is, very clean and quiet. Paula, the property manager/host is brilliant, she is extremely helpful, friendly, cheerful and knowledgeable about Moraira, any problems or questions, she is only a WhatsApp call away, and Paula responds really quickly. All in all we had an excellent relaxing holiday and loved it so much that we have already booked for three weeks next year…can’t wait.
