     La villa es espaciosa y está hermosamente amueblada, pero también ha sido diseñada teniendo en cuenta la vida externa con una gran zona de bar y cocina a medida al aire libre con dos grandes barbacoas, asientos para 13 personas y un sistema de música al aire libre.
    La propiedad se distribuye en 3 plantas, incluyendo una terraza en la azotea y 7 terrazas para escapar a, numerosos balcones, una terraza y una zona de hierba segura para los niños pequeños. Mesa al aire libre tenis de mesa (ping-pong) de tamaño completo. Gran piscina con ducha exterior.
    El alojamiento tiene 5 dormitorios (TODOS CON A / C) (2 en suite), y 5 baños (1 W / C), ducha al aire libre, gran salón abierto con comedor y cocina moderna totalmente equipada, lavadero con electrodomésticos alemanes , Wi-Fi, TV satélite, DVD, aire acondicionado (frío y calor), calefacción central. Entrar quemador.
    Sistema de alarma de la casa y caja de seguridad.
    Hay muchas zonas para relajarse y aprovechar al máximo las impresionantes vistas de Moraira.

    Las Cataratas del Algar son espectaculares, y bien vale la pena un viaje a verlos. Situado en un paraje natural entre grandes montañas, a 45 minutos de Moraira en la carretera de Callosa de Taberna.

    CUEVAS - Cuevas del Canelobre - situado a unos 24 km al noreste de Alicante, cerca de Busot el "Cuevas del Canelobre" están bien merece una visita. La enorme cámara abre todos los días para las visitas, y en ocasiones se utiliza para conciertos y festivales folclóricos. La "Cova de les Calaveres" (Skull Cueva) está situado cerca del pueblo de Benidolieg, interior de Denia.

    Karting - Moraira. El mejor lugar y la mejor manera de disfrutar de la velocidad y las carreras. Tienen karts para todas las edades.

    CUMBRE DEL SOL Este es un lugar agradable para pasar la tarde. Está fuera sólo 5 minutos de de Moraira en la Benitachell Rd, girando a la derecha en la barra de Rusty. Hay varias rutas de senderismo, todas con los puntos de vista de unas vistas impresionantes. Hay hermosas bahías escondidas a lo largo de la costa, la mayoría de los cuales se puede caminar hasta.

    Playa del Portet - Una pequeña cala con una playa de arena de cristal aguas claras y unos pocos restaurantes cerca, a sólo 5 minutos desde la ciudad de Moraira.
    Playa de l'Ampolla - situado junto al castillo (Moraira), con una playa de arena suave estanterías. Bares y cafeterías cerca.

    Cala Fustera - bahía de arena, ideal para nadar. Los bares y un restaurante.

The villa was amazing, lived up to the photos and description. The outdoor kitchen was brilliant. As a family of grown-ups we had space if needed and also could spend time together. The hosts were very helpful and informative. I would highly recommend staying here. The pool was a good size and the views were amazing.

Vi har boet i denne villa en uge i 2026. Villaen var fantastisk og værterne var virkelig søde, flinke og hjælpsomme - vi har været meget tilfredse med opholdet og kan klart anbefale denne villa som den bedste oplevelse Vi vil helt sikkert vende tilbage en anden gang. Det eneste vi manglede var et tørrestativ- lidt bedre WiFi og en anden kaffemaskine til bønner og ikke kapsler. Mvh Familierne Josephsen og Jensen

Just returned from a great trip to Moraira. The Villa was in excellent condition and clean. The pool & games area was brilliant for the family. The owner very helpful during our stay and available for any queries. Will definitely return.

Stunning Villa, great Location!

Our stay again at this beautiful well appointed and spacious villa was fantastic. Its location is perfect with both beaches within minutes away. There’s actually no reason to leave the villa as ‘everything’ is there to enjoy a great family holiday. There are so many places to sunbathe or escape to should you need a break from the children. We took a lovely walk to the top of the small hill to view even more breathtaking views. This is by far the best villa we’ve stayed in with the owners being constantly available if we needed anything. We’re already planning our return for 2024.

Fantastiskt boende

Jättefint boende som verkligen uppnådde våra höga förväntningar. Villan ligger väldigt högt vilket gjorde en fantastisk utsikt. Stor och härlig pool. Bil är ett måste då det är väldigt långt upp villan ligger. Huset är i tre våningar så det är mycket trappor. Passar därför sämre om man har problem att gå. Vi bodde två familjer med barn från 9 till 15 år och för oss var det perfekt. Jättebra kontakt med husvärden också.

A stunning Villa With Beautiful Gardens And Pool Area

We stayed here as an extended family of 6 adults and two children aged six and nine. We had a fabulous time. The villa was spotlessly clean and well cared for and the gardens are beautiful with stunning views . We loved the pool, as did the children and the outdoor eating areas were well thought out with more than enough space for all of us. The owners are attentive and friendly and were keen to ensure that we had a good stay. A lot of thought has gone into the villa, both indoors and outdoors, and we had everything that we needed for a perfect stay. The villa is on a steep hill in a residential area that does not have a local shop and therefore a car is essential for shopping and visiting local beaches.

Wonderful couple of weeks in Moraira!

The house is wonderful, just as it looks in the photos! Perfect for our group of 8 family and friends. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space with a good size pool and many outdoor areas to sunbathe, sit or play games. Our hosts, Amanda and Rob, were great and very responsive and welcoming. They also stayed up until 1am to meet us at the house after our arrival was delayed! There are some good restaurants in the area, our favorites with sea view, plus a couple with vegan options such as Artesano for breakfast or brunch and Algas with sea view for sunset cocktails and dinner. The nearby beaches were great and not too crowded, even in August, with a perfect beach close by at El Portet to learn standup paddle boarding!

Perfect stay !

Our stay at this beautiful villa did not disappoint ! From the moment we booked Rob made everything as easy as possible. Nothing was too much trouble. Rob and Amanda accommodated our early arrival seamlessly. The villa was exactly as the photos and description with stunning views and peaceful location. The beds were super comfy and linen spotlessly clean. Nothing was too much trouble with amazing information about what was happening in Moriera during our stay. There are supermarkets within a 5 minute drive and moriera itself is a very short journey away. I would not hesitate to return and would highly recommend a stay here. X

Gorgeous, luxu villa with amazing views. Idyllic!

I cannot praise this villa enough. It has everything you need for a fantastic family holiday and the owners have thought of everything. The BBQ area was amazing and we had so many choices of places to sunbathe. The views are wonderful. The table tennis table was a nice bonus and away from the main terrace so as not to be disturbed if you want to relax and have some peace and quiet. The owners couldn’t have been helpful enough and we are very much looking forward to re-booking for another holiday in the future. We really enjoyed the picturesque walks to and from the town, with plenty of eateries for everyone's taste, then relaxing at the villa in the sun was superb. The weather just happened to be fantastic too & the swimming pool was very refreshing! We were very impressed. Thank you for a great stay, we'll definitely be back!

Fantastic 5 star

Having booked this initially in 2019 for our 2020 holiday it was unfortunately was delayed due to Covid until August 2022. during the delays Robert could not have been more helpful moving our dates and keeping in contact. after waiting so long to come over to Moraira and stay in this beautiful villa i can finally say it was well worth the wait, I contacted Rob before we arrived as our flight landed at 10 am and we could not check in until 4pm, and he could not have been more helpful he arranged to meet us at the villa early and allowed us to leave our cases and showed us around before dropping us down town and giving us some recommendations on places to eat and drink, he called us later on when the villa was clean and ready for us. When we got back to the Villa is was spotlessly clean and we were all over the moon this place is amazing it has everything you need or would expect from a luxury villa holiday. This was one of the best villas we have stayed in and we will definitely be coming back again. Thanks Robert and Amanda for eveything.

Perfect villa

Many thanks to Rob and Amanda for allowing us to stay in their beautiful luxury Villa. A beautiful, stylish, and relaxing haven with stunning views. Ideal for a family holiday. We enjoyed the different shaded areas to sit and relax and although we were a party of 10 adults we still had enough space to sunbathe or escape for some peace. We enjoyed the beautiful pool and the games area which kept the males in our group occupied and fuelled their competitive natures. We loved the BBQ area and the outside bar, especially on an evening. The area where the villa is situated is very quiet and peaceful. The Villa itself is spacious, well equipped and stylish with an air of tranquility. Everything has been well thought out and beautifully maintained. Spotlessly clean and so comfortable. We loved the nearby Town of Moraira with its beautiful sea views and abundance of restaurants and bars. The town is more relaxed and ideal for those wanting some late evenings in a more sedate environment. Perfect. We only realised a few days into the trip that you can order online from the local Mercadona supermarket and arrange a delivery. Better selection than the Aldi. Rob was an attentive host. So helpful informative and nothing was too much trouble. Fantastic host. Many thanks to Rob and Amanda for everything. We would recommend this Villa and hope to visit again.

Wonderful villa and excellent hosts

We have been to Moraira numerous times, this villa was amazing. Firstly Robert and Amanda made the booking / correspondence aspect so easy and straight forward. Ahead of arrival we had great correspondence with Robert, he allowed us to check in a little earlier which was appreciated. We were met on arrival by Amanda who guided us around the villa, Robert kept in contact throughout our stay to make sure we were all ok. We’ve never had such great correspondence with villa owners before. It is Robert and Amanda’s pride and joy, they live locally and take personal care of everything. The villa is wonderful the photos don’t do it justice. All rooms have air conditioning. The rooms are large and well apportioned. Everything you need is there - for the BBQ fans you’ll be able to use two BBQ’s either a large gas or if you prefer a traditional coals version. In addition to the large fridge in the kitchen there is a separate one by the BBQ area which is a great touch. The beds are really comfortable and probably the best we have slept on in Europe. The pool is large and there’s a great terrace area. Another great thing is the amount of shaded areas which was appreciated. There’s also a pool table, table tennis table and electronic darts - it kept our teenagers / young adults entertained when they got too hot around the pool. I would strongly recommend a car as the villa is up some steep hills. Don’t hesitate to book this villa, you won’t regret it!!! We hope to be back soon.

Blissful retreat!

A beautiful spacious villa in a stunning location. We stayed as a group of 9, with 3 children aged between 8 and 11. Everyone had a great stay at the villa. The children loved the swimming pool and spent most of the days in it! There was also a selection of inflatables for the pool there (which we didn’t actually find until the second last day!!) They also had great fun with the table tennis and dart board. The villa itself is well equipped and spacious with so many areas to escape to if you want some peace. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was very welcome at night as it was very hot when we were there. It is up a steep hill so we found that a car was definitely a necessity. But the views due to its location were absolutely stunning. And it was just fabulous eating breakfast and looking out over those views. The owners were so helpful both before and during our stay. I would definitely recommend this beautiful villa for a family holiday in a stunning area of Spain.

Zeer fraaie villa op steile berg in Moraira. De villa was bij aankomst zeer schoon, het huis is erg mooi. De nieuwe "play-area" met tafeltennistafel, pool-tafel en dag-bed is erg leuk.

We had an amazing stay at this well appointed villa which had everything we could wish for. The owner’s have put a lot of thought and effort in to making it a holiday to remember. There are many outdoor places to relax and escape to. The terrace adjacent to the BBQ and outdoor kitchen/bar was a another great place to soak up the sun. The pool table and ping pong table in the games area gave the children endless hours of entertainment. We cannot recommend this villa enough and look forward to coming back soon. Richard A

Villa for 10 near Arnesol

Good sized property for two families. Furnished well. Two master bedrooms and three twin bedrooms for children/teenagers. Two en-suites plus two separate bathrooms and a loo by the kitchen. AC was very effective in all of the bedrooms. Lots of outside space to relax. Pool was lovely and a good size for the villa. It was kept very clean by the pool man. We loved the bar/bbq (gas and coal)/outside kitchen area which was great fun for drinks and dinner in the evenings. Robert was there to welcome us to the villa and also available to sort out any issues we had during our stay. The villa is a 25/35 minute downhill /uphill walk to/from El Portet which the teenagers did with ease in the heat! More of a struggle for their parents! All together a very reasonably priced, spacious and well maintained villa in a good location near El Portet. Great for two families. We had a fantastic week there in August. Thank you.

Toppenbra hus!

En jättefint hus med fin utsikt. Bra uteplatser och pool. Stora rum med bra AC och toa/dusch till nästan alla sovrum.

Fabulous Villa

This is the nicest Villas we have stayed in. The owners have really taken pride in the property and it has everything you could wish for. It is spacious, clean and an absolute joy. The ample terraces and views are amazing. The choices of outdoor dining areas are wonderful and the ambient terrace lighting is lovely. The owners were so helpful making our stay even better than we could have wished for. This is more than just a holiday villa, it’s a wonderful home that offers so much more. Highly recommended!
