Escape to a peaceful Sardinian country house surrounded by rolling mountains, just minutes from the sea and the charming small town of Teulada. Enjoy total tranquility, breathtaking landscapes, and crystal-clear skies free from light pollution—perfect for stargazing. Ideal for nature lovers seeking privacy, beauty, and authentic Sardinian charm. The house is about 70 square meters. Inside, there’s an open-plan kitchen and lounge, a bathroom, an upstairs bedroom with a double bed, and a downstairs bedroom with two singles that can be made into a double. At the front, a shaded veranda patio with seating provides the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the tranquil countryside. At the back of the house, another veranda provides cover for an outside seating area surrounded by Mediterranean plants. The old garage has been converted to a fully equipped Laundry & Utility Room. Thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience, this space makes washing, drying, and ironing an easy part of your routine.

Rustikales Ferienhaus mit Charme, ruhig gelegen mit großem Abstand zu den Nachbarn. Toller Sternenhimmel, da nachts kaum Lichter zu sehen. Viel schöne Strände schnell mit dem Auto (!) zu erreichen

Ein schönes Haus in einem ruhigen Tal. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Vermieter/Verwalter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten das Haus nicht gefunden. Da haben sie uns an einem markanten Punkt in der Nähe abgeholt. Es gibt keine Spülmaschine. Uns hat es nicht gestört. Aber es könnte für andere wichtig sein.Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen!

Lovely house in a lovely area

The house is very well provided, comfortable and attractive with covered outdoor areas front and back for dining or just relaxing. The countryside is beautiful and close to good beaches. I would recommend it to anyone who likes walking, exploring, swimming. There isn't a whole lot in the area for children or teenagers, but it would be a lovely place to share with some friends.

Das Häuschen ist wirklich sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Kaffee, Tee, Zucker, Putzmittel, Toilettenpapier alles war vorhanden. Sogar der Kühlschrank war mit Getränken und Obst gefüllt. Da kann der Urlaub beginnen.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes schönes Haus

Herzlicher Empfang durch Paoletta. Im Kühlschrank frisches Obst, Getränke und Wein. Es fehlt an Nichts (Gewürze, Seife, Kaffee, Haushaltsutensilien). Das Haus liegt ruhig in Alleinlage und ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Mit dem Auto erreicht man schöne Strände in weniger als 10 Minuten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können uns vorstellen, hier wieder Urlaub zu machen. Danke Paoletta ❤️

Fabulous house for a peaceful stay in SW Sardinia

We loved this house. Comfortable bed, dark shutters, good pillows, great wifi, excellent kitchen (sharp knives, well stocked larder, excellent wine glasses and good coffee making), atmospheric wooden beams and furnishings, fabulous outside spaces to rest and relax. Private, tucked-away, but close enough to town, beaches, great walking, for exploring the region. We absolutely loved it. Paola was so responsive, professional but friendly. Always there to help. And we arrived to a fridge full of wine, fruit and other goodies. Grazie mille, Paola. See you next time!

Holiday

Wir waren nun erneut in Paolas Haus und haben uns mehr als wohlgefühlt und werden bestimmt nochmals anreisen.Das Haus ist für uns perfekt und es passt so wie es beschrieben ist. Paola ist immer erreichbar wenn es eine Frage gibt. Die Strände sind mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Es ist und bleibt fantastisch , abends auf dem Liegestuhl zu sitzen und die Sterne anzuschauen. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet und kann es nur weiterempfehlen. Bleib gesund Paola und so wie du bist. Liebe Grüße aus Brieselang von Annett , Emilia und Markus. Lovely!

We really enjoyed our stay in this house! It is on a little hill with a beautiful view. There are tables and chairs on both sides of the house so you can sit outside at any time of the day and still have shadow. There are some cats around the house that mind their own Business, so its not annoying at all. The beach is 10 mins from there (Tramatzu, parking 7€/day, chairs and umbrella at the beach start from 25€/day). Paola was a realy nice host and we could contact her no matter what... Thank you very much!

Magnifique villa indépendante et isolée

Superbe propriété indépendante sans voisins visibles avec un immense terrain devant la maison et une très belle vue sur les collines environnantes. La maison est petite mais parfaitement équipée et convient pour une famille avec enfants. 3 terrasses extérieures bien meublées à choisir selon l’orientation du vent et l’heure de la journée. Espace buanderie adjacent à la maison. Calme absolu en journée, seul petit bémol les chiens des environs qui aboient beaucoup le soir voir une bonne partie de la nuit, mais comme partout ailleurs probablement. A notre arrivée, nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires qui nous ont tout expliqué et qui nous ont offerts une quantité incroyable de choses: corbeille remplie de fruits, bouteilles d’eau, jus d’orange, vin, etc: le frigo était presque plein! Une belle surprise dont nous les remercions. Attention peu de supermarchés dignes de ce nom dans le coin, seulement de petites supérettes avec un choix limité. La région est magnifique, très sauvage, vous ne verrez quasiment aucune construction sur toute la côte. Les belles plages sont très fréquentées mais on trouve plein de criques isolées et pas trop difficiles d’accès. La location d’un bateau sur la plage de porto tramatzu permet d’explorer toute la zone militaire interdite et ses magnifiques plages. En conclusion, nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cette belle maison, à recommander pour les personnes en recherche de calme et d’isolement.

Wir vier, 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder, waren rundum zufrieden in diesem sehr gemütlich und praktisch eingerichtetem Haus. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Gerne wären wir noch länger geblieben. Einzige Verbesserung: die GPS Koordinaten stimmen nicht oder wurden auf unserem Navi nicht richtig geortet.

Super séjour de 5 jours fin septembre

Gite très bien équipé, accueillis avec des fruits du vin des douceurs, tout le nécessaire pour démarrer le séjour. Le calme est total, la literie en très bon état. On s'y sent comme chez soi. Je recommande vivement à tous ceux qui cherche la tranquillité.

Schönes, gut ausgestattetes Landhaus in Meernähe

Das Haus liegt landschaftlich schön gelegen und ungestört von Nachbarn etwa 4km vom Meer entfernt in einem Seitental. Gastronomie und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Teulada sind ebenso schnell erreicht wie die Sandstrände (Radschnellwege!). Grill und 2 Fahrräder stehen zur Verfügung. Herauszuheben sind aber v. a. auch die nette Gastgeberin Paola und die von ihr für Neuankömmlinge vorbereitete Erstausstattung (Wasser, Bier, Wein, Obst, Marmelade, Honig im Kühlschrank sowie Kaffee, Tee usw.). Das war für uns, die sonntags angekommen sind, sehr hilfreich! Zu erwähnen sind auch die mehr oder weniger zum Haus gehörenden, gepflegten Katzen, die scheu sind und außerhalb des Hauses „geduldet“ werden. Jedenfalls freut sich Paola, wenn die Katzen von den Gästen gefüttert werden. Uns hat der Aufenthalt jedenfalls ausgesprochen gut gefallen und wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Eine Oase der Ruhe

Wir haben 2 Wochen in Paolas gemütlichem Ferienhaus verlebt und haben jeden Tag genossen. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, sauber und liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Paola war eine sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Gastgeberin, die jeder Zeit erreichbar war. Zum Empfang war der Kühlschrank großzügig mit Obst, Wasser, Bier und Wein gefüllt. In der Küche gab es genügend Zutaten und Gewürze, die es zuließen, auch einmal den Grill auf der Terrasse anzuwerfen. Das Angebot an frischem Fisch und Fleisch in Teulada ist außerordentlich preisgünstig und von hoher Qualität. Vielen lieben Dank Paola für diese schöne Zeit!
