Cottage in Sardinia, near the Sea, recreation and relax on 5000 sq.m

There is a beautiful inner court yard ,a large covered terrace and a huge outside terrace with warm shower. The property is approx. 5000 square meter big and fenced with a natural hedge. In the kitchen there is an old, well working Sard oven, in which you can bake bread or Pizza or grill fish. 2 bicycles are available. The night sky is overwhelmingly beautiful, one sees the Milky Way very clearly, since there is no light pollution. There is a fire-place to heat the sleeping room, also mobile gas heating is available. Two more beds in a separate room for 2 more guests. The cottage is furnished with ethnic furnitures. Distance to the Sea is about 2.5 km and the next beach 4.5 km.

Further information about the furnishings: The 2nd room is connected to the bedroom with a door. In addition, there is a storage room for bikes and more. The house is located in an old typical sardinian agricultural area (vineyards, lemon and orange groves, vegetable cultivation etc., but there are also many 'wheat' fields, which are no longer used.) There are a few more houses in the area, of which some are rented out in the summer. The nearest neighbour is about 100 metres away. The house belongs to the carpenter of the village.

Guests comments : The house is beautiful and absolutely deserves the title of romantic villa. The terrace is a dream, and the other rooms are very lovingly decorated, and even the refrigerator was filled for us that was totally nice and the kitchen was excellent, it wasn't missing anything. It was brilliant that there were two bicycles which we always used to get bread, or just for a trip by bicycle to the beach. Those that like to stay calm and like seclusion then this is just right. I would stay there any time, especially when traveling as a group where nobody bothers you and others do not feel disturbed, which is perfect, and you enjoy your holiday.The choice of beaches in the area is excellent. We were almost at a different beach every day. There is nothing negative I remember, we were all happy to talk about this holiday. Sauereisen Family from Stuttgart

Das Anwesen ist recht groß und bietet vielfältige Möglichkeiten zum geruhsamen Sitzen und Liegen.Besonders ist eine schöne Dusche im Außenbereich, um nach dem Baden im Meer sich nochmals ohne Salzwasser zu erfrischen.Erfreulich bzw. auch großzügig sind die diversen Lebensmittel, wie Kaffee, Getränke, Obst, usw.welche bei der Anreise in der komplett eingerichteten Küche zur Verfügung stehen.Auch stehen alle möglichen Adapter für das AC-Netz, bzw. auch für die Kommunikation zur Verfügung.Im Badezimmer / WC sind eine große Anzahl von Dusch /-Handtüchern verfügbar.Wenn man sich etwas persönlich eingerichtet hat, ist der Aufenthalt recht sehr entspannt und besonders auch sehr ruhig.

Unser Aufenthalt im Casa Rudere von Paola und Jochen war sehr schön.Das Haus ist mit allem eingerichtet, was man benötigt. Wirklich mit allem. Es wurde an jedes Detail gedacht.Das Haus befindet sich in hervorragendem Zustand und bietet viele liebevoll gestaltete Ecken die zum Entspannen einladen.Besonders positiv aufgefallen ist uns, dass es im Haus nicht so unangenehm riecht, wie in vielen anderen Ferienwohnungen auf der Insel.Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön und entspannend. Paola steht für alle Fragen zur Verfügung und kümmert sich sehr liebevoll um das Anwesen und die Katzen.Auch der Garten ist sehr schön angelegt und lädt, wie die Terasse zum Verweilen ein. Es gibt auch eine komfortable AußenduscheDie Lage ist sehr ruhig und abgeschieden. Perfekt für alle, die Ruhe und Frieden suchen. Netter Nebeneffekt. Man wird auch nicht so von Stechmücken geplagt wie in den touristischen Zentren.Wir können das Haus also uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden 6 Sterne geben, wenn das ging.

Eines der schönsten Häuser wo wir unseren Urlaub verbracht haben . Ein Wundervoller Ort zum Entspannen . Die Kommunikation mit Jochen perfekt. Der Empfang von Paola sehr Herzlich ❤️. Ruhiges wunderschönes Haus in traumhafter Natur

noch nie sind wir in einem so sauberen und ordentlichem Haus untergekommen. Es fehlte an nichts und wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen sicherlich wieder! Die Umgebung ist für Wanderungen geeignet, das Meer ist mit Traumstränden nicht weit und Die Gastgeber*innen sind zuvorkommend und freundlich.

relax and the beauty of nature

Perfect place to spend your holidays when you are looking for a quiet place, with a great space outside around the house to relax, make BBQ and spend your time in a in a lounger or hammock. The house is perfectly equipped with everything a man needs and even more. Well-kept to the last detail, this beautiful house has been prepared by the owners so that they can also spend time there with pleasure. If necessary, the owner Paola was always available and supported us in all matters. Joachim for his part, advised us many interesting things to see and experience, also many fantastic restaurants and ideas for trips. In such an environment and with such support from the owners, we spent a wonderful 3 weeks there, feeling just like at home. We would love to go back there again. Thank you very much for everything.

Erholung pur!

Wir haben uns super wohl in diesem Haus gefühlt. Der Garten und seine vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten waren für uns Erholung pur. Alles war sehr sauber und geräumig und vor allem, alles war vorhanden. Von einem gefüllten Kühlschrank bis Kinderspielzeug und BBQ Kohle. Die einzige Sache, die ich vermisst habe, war eine Duschkabine, damit nach dem duschen der Boden nicht so nass ist und mein Mann einen größeren Mülleimer auf der Toilette. Ansonsten war das Haus für uns nahezu perfekt. Wir kommen bestimmt irgendwann wieder.

ein wunderbarer Ort

Das Haus ist wunderbar gelegen, schön renoviert und sehr gut ausgestattet. Unser Flug kam mitten in der Nacht an, Paola hat uns sehr freundlich willkommen geheißen, Danke für den mit Leckereien aus der Region gefüllten Kühlschrank! Die Terrasse mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten bietet jedem die Gelegenheit, seinen Lieblingsplatz zu finden. Das Haus bietet die Möglichkeit, viele Ausflüge zu unternehmen, sowohl ins Inland, als auch zu fantastischen Stränden. WLAN funktioniert. Wir waren traurig, nach einer Woche abzureisen und können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Eine Wohlfühloase in perfekter Lage!

Wir haben unseren 2 Wochen dort sehr genossen, das liebevoll eingerichtete Haus, die perfekte Lage in ländlicher Umgebung und doch nahe zu zum Meer und zum Örtchen Teulada. Paola ist eine herzliche und tolle Gastgeberin und immer für ihre Gäste da, wenn gewünscht. Ganz lieben Dank für deine Gastfreundschaft und die tolle Zeit. Wir werden auch die Outdoordusche und denn genialen Sternenhimmel schmerzlich vermissen... Mille grazie!

immersion dans le pays sarde au coeur de la nature sauvage .

Magnifique et surprenante villa tout confort au jardin magnifiquement entretenu aux mille variétés de plantes et de fleurs au milieu du maquis sarde , qui fait face aux montagnes Dépaysement total... silence et chaleur vous invitent à la sieste ,dans cette maison climatisée et décorée avec gout. Route cotière splendide , plages sauvages à chercher... il faut savoir que tous les italiens passent leurs journées sur les plages du coin au mois d'Aout !! sinon bains de mer très agréables et eau turquoise par endroit....Bon à savoir ;ts les parking des plages sont payants ! En résumé , vous ne serez pas déçus par le Cottage Rudere et aurez bien du mal à le quittter !!.... Merci aux bons soins de Paula !!

Des vacances hyper-ressourçantes en pleine nature!

Cette maison se trouve dans un endroit idyllique, en pleine nature et seulement à moins de 10 minutes de la ville et de la plage. Tout est bien pensé, très confortable. La douche extérieure sous les étoiles, un pur bonheur. L'accueil est très généreux, un frigo rempli de délices sardes. Le seul hic a été de trouver la maison. Les indications n'étaient pas assez claires et nous nous sommes perdus dans le maquis. Autrement, nous recommandons vivement à toutes les familles qui souhaitent passer des vacances dans l'intimité, au son des grillons.

Hier passt einfach alles - Gastgeberin Paola war vor Ort stehts hilfsbereit, Joachim per Email ebenso - das Haus und Ausstattung mehr als komplett - alles sauber und gepflegt. Excellente maison

Nous avons été accueilli par Paola qui est très gentille et serviable. La maison est parfaite, super bien équipée, tout confort. Elle correspond en tous points à l'annonce. La situation est en pleine campagne, très au calme, et cependant pas loin du petit centre de Teulada et des plages. Les plages de la région sont fabuleuses!

Ruhiges, schönes Landhaus

Das Landhaus liegt in etwas abgeschiedener Umgebung auf einem großen zugehörigen Grundstück mit Gemüsegarten. Das schöne Haus bot uns viel Platz und ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir wurden freundlich und mit sehr viel Obst und Wein im Kühlschrank empfangen und ja ben unsere Zeit dort sehr genossen.

Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub in dem tollen Haus. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Ein Paradis für Naturliebhaber, Ruhe und Erholung pur. Die Gastgeberin supernett und wir glücklich.

Welch ein schönes Landhaus. Original und mit sehr viel gutem Geschmack eingerichtet, einfach perfekt. Wir waren Ende Juli dort und trotz vieler Touristen in der Gegend war es dort ruhig. Paola ist eine sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Einmal hat sie sogar für uns gekocht weil wir nicht wussten wie man Octopus zubereitet. Insgesamt war das für uns einer der schönsten Urlaube. Absolut empfehlenswert!!!

Séjour chez Paola.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Paola. Vue magnifique sur la campagne Sarde. Belle maison construite à l'ancienne, décoration particulièrement soignée. Paola toujours disponibles.

De toute beauté !!!!

Très belle location isolée de toute nuisance sonore,nous avons apprécié le calme et la tranquillité ,agréablement surpris à notre arrivée par un frigo bien garni de produits régionaux.. Accueil très chaleureux de Paola, la propriétaire qui nous a permis de puiser quotidiennement quelques légumes frais de son potager.Excellent pain cuit au feu de bois par le boulanger de Teulada,ne manquez pas également le restaurant pittoresque de Porto Budello pour son poisson,et les pizzerias locales. Location très bien équipée,rien ne manque.. Très belles plages à proximité.

Oase in einer tollen Landschaft

Alles perfekt. Haus, Einrichtung, Aussendusche, Natur, Stille, immer eine Brise Wind ..... einfach klasse. .... und Paola und Jochen sind sehr sehr nett und immer erreichbar.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Wir haben unsere Ferien im Rudere Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Die Einrichtung ist sehr exzellent, das kulinarisch Begrüßungspaket äußerst umfangreich und sehr erlesen. Tagsüber erkundigten wir das tolle Umland mit vielen Stränden, Buchten und Bergen. Nachts hört und sieht man nichts außer Sterne, Schafsglocken und Hundegebell. Für Besucher, die Luxus und Entspannung pur suchen, ist das Haus nur zu empfehlen.
