Villa is well stuffed with all the necessary equipment needed for comfortable vacation, including air conditioning, microwave, flat screen LED TV, dishwasher, fridge and washing machine. The heating system makes the villa comfortable to stay year round. Villa has Wi-Fi with hi-speed internet.

There are two airports that you can fly in: Alicante and Valencia. Set your GPS to Moraira town and it will take you less than an hour drive from either of the airports via AP7 highway.

The villa locates in a very quite neighborhood in a walking distance to the beach. Just 5 minutes walk without crossing any roads. Would you like to drive to the beach (less then 2 minutes) there is very comfortable parking just next to it.
There are also number of beautiful beaches of Costa Blanca nearby, which gives you an option to choose where you'd like to spend next cloudless sunny day of your vacation! Would you like to have a nice restful dinner at night, there are tons of restaurants at your disposal just minutes walking. A carousel park nearby will give your kids a chance to enjoy fun rides every day. Would you like to have more even more fun, there is theme park, zoo and huge water park just 20 minutes drive! And drive itself is very scenic.
Do you love sports? Sure! There is a Golf Course and Tennis courts nearby. Also cycling is a very common activity in the area.
