"Pros: Huge swimming pool and plenty of things for the kids to play with in the games room. Nice quiet and secure location with gate so the kids can run around freely. Hosts were lovely and cleaned the pool/outside area midway throughout holiday. Hot tub was lovely. Plenty of utensils/plates etc in the kitchen for use. We loved it so much we have booked again for next year already!"

"Das Zimmer entsprach leider nicht den grundlegenden Hygiene- und Sicherheitsstandards. Während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts gab es Probleme mit Insekten im Schlafzimmer und im Badezimmer. Auch nach einer angekündigten „Double Cleaning“-Reinigung blieb ein totes Insekt sichtbar an der Decke, was den Eindruck erweckte, dass die Reinigung nicht gründlich durchgeführt wurde. "We really enjoyed our stay in Betancuria. The house was really clean and thoughtful equipped and beautifully designed. For us as a family it was ideal but as already mentioned the doors of the rooms don’t close properly. For us it was a good homebase to explore the island if you don’t want to stay in the touristy areas. After 6 pm there is not a single tourist left in this beautiful town! "L’appartement est petit et très usagé. Il aurait besoin d’être rafraichi et désencombré surtout au prix pratiqué. Nous aurrions apprécié un peu de flexibilité par rapport au check in qui est tardif (17h). Pas de parking réservé. Il faut tourner dans le quartier.Décevant."

The property was well equipped with everything we needed, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the location was ideal – just two minutes from the town and the local beaches. "Well appointed top floor apartment. Plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. Easy walk to centre. Very clean. Great shower. Friendly, helpful and accomodating host. Great roof terrace. View over rooftops not the most scenic but you could see over to Los Lobos.Modern smart TV, so easy to sign in to Netflix etc. WiFi was mostly good. Parking nearby was always a bit of a lottery but as expected for a town centre location. We were never more than a few minutes walk away from the door."
