"The Smith Corporation was very friendly and helpful before we arrived. Upon arrival the property was neat and clean. Everything in the home was functioning. The only hiccup was the second bathroom was a half bath with but did not have a shower. I did not read the description in detail in n reference to the half bath. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. We were able to raise the garage door and enjoy outside while using the grill which was clean and had all the utensils you needed to bbq. If I’m...

"Overall exactly what was advertised, we had an issue at one point and the owner responded immediately and had someone come fix it within 20 minutes. Amazing response time and very thankful. "

"We got threatened by about 20 black men just driving down the road to the house. Upon entering the house we were met with the strongest smell of bug spray i have ever experienced. We could not breathe and my lungs hurt still the next day. There were dead bugs littered throughout the house. The floor was so slippery from the bug spray it was hard to even walk.there was dried throwup under one of the beds. The headboards were pool noodles that were spray painted black. "We stayed at Magnolia Manor while attending a funeral in Jackson. Soooooo beautiful --- it brought back so many memories growing up in similar homes. My sister can't wait to visit so we can cook and fill the house with wonderful smells and aromas and sit around and reminisce of days gone by. A wonderful place for family and memoroes."

"Our GA family was delighted to stay here! We enjoyed the food, fellowship, and culture in Jackson. A plus is the 3 bedrooms downstairs convenient for our elderly and/or handicapped. Had a great time!"
