"Very overpriced for the value. The living room furniture and rug were dirty and stained. The a/c was spotty. There was a hole in the wall in one of the upstairs rooms. Had to stuff with tee shirt because of heat coming in. House felt unsteady, could feel it sway. There is no outdoor furniture on the upper deck."

"House was okay over all, master bedroom shower floor felt slimey. The most disappointing thing was reading past reviews about the dock in disrepair. Having a strap and a come along ratchet to help support the 2nd floor deck is ridiculous and should'nt even be open to go up and would wobble if you went up to the top not to mention the rails were all loose. Planks are still missing and uneven. A new plank was screwed on but whoever installed it didn't even care to cut it to the right length. Host...
