"I had often heard that the area around Gare du Midi was unsafe and dirty, but I was pleasantly surprised. While some parts just outside the train station weren’t very clean and had a number of homeless people sleeping there, the streets near our hotel as well as the metro and train stations were nice and felt fine. "The owner is very nice. The room is so clean and big and we did not expect that we have kitchenette and of course the beautiful view we have when looking at the window. We will definitely go back again and recommend to our friends. And the best thing, so close to brussels midi/zuid train station. "

"Good location, a few minutes walk from the center, and from the Train station. Rooms have nice high ceilings, very comfortable beds, fridge, coffee maker, and a safe. Very comfortable. No front desk or key, access is by code for the front door and room… still getting used to that set up. No issues, good experience. "

"大家預訂這房子的時候必須要留意，防止在4樓，如果拿着大行李箱又底處爬上去的話是很辛苦的。我們便遇到這個麻煩。而且業主聯絡溝通方面欠缺敏捷。而最大的問題在炎熱的夏天房子沒有冷氣設備和唯一一把的風扇也是壞掉的。這些都是非常差的經歷！"

"Logement entouré de cités dégradées. Ce n'est pas un hôtel mais un immeuble dédié à l'hébergement touristiques. Aucune indication extérieure, le numéro de l'immeuble est écrit au feutre. Nous sommes arrivés à 14H30 et comme rien n'est indiqué nous avons cru à une fausse adresse. Nous avons questionnés des habitants des immeubles jouxtant et il ne connaissait pas l'existence de cet "hôtel". "Hôtel près du centre-ville mais un peu loin de la gare de train (St-Pierre). C’est un choix; on ne peut pas avoir les 2 en même temps. Chambre relativement vaste et très tranquille. Style de gestion qui pourrait plaire aux jeunes ou aux adeptes de la techno: possible de faire check-in, recevoir les clefs, etc. par interaction avec des machines-ordinateurs seulement! Il y a aussi un comptoir traditionnel avec du personnel pour les autres."

"This was a well-equiped hotel. I loved the kitchenette complete with dishes/cups/fridge/stove/microwave The shower was great! I was worried about it being next to a hospital, but it was very quiet. I will stay here again next time I am in Brussels."

"We had a wonderful stay at this place. We were traveling as a family and this place was perfect. We had a two story room which gave us enough room to spread out. Room was clean, and so was the bathroom. There was a grocery store very nearby to get few items of daily use. They had few dishes and an everything you need in a kitchen which was perfect to heat and eat our leftovers. The town center was close by and we found it was nice to walk back to the hotel after a heavy dinner. Great place if...
