This is a newly renovated, entirely NON-SMOKING property.
The apartment is on the first floor and is spread over two levels with no elevator.
The only areas where smoking is permitted are the private terrace and the balcony.

- 2 double beds in the bedroom;
- 3 sleeping spots on two sofa beds in the living room (one double and one single);
- 1 single bed in the second bedroom;
- The kitchen is fully equipped. You’ll have everything you need to cook at home. We have a 4-burner stove, a refrigerator, a freezer, and an oven;
- A hair dryer is already provided in the bathroom. The mirror is illuminated, and the shower stall is equipped with soap and shampoo dispensers that are always refilled to ensure maximum comfort;
- The TV is a 32-inch Full HD SMART TV, with Netflix and Amazon Prime Video;
- Upon request, we can offer many additional services, including romantic dinners, barbecues, transfers, boat and car rentals, and much more—just ask;
- Wi-Fi is available free of charge for guests.

OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:

- Check-in: You’ll receive check-in instructions 24 hours in advance via message on Airbnb and email;
- Pets are welcome here at no extra charge!
- The property is equipped with everything you need for cleaning. Also ideal for longer stays;
- For stays longer than 14 days, a security deposit equal to 10% of the total booking amount is required.

SMOKING POLICY:

Please note that the entire property is NON-SMOKING—SMOKING IS PROHIBITED: the only areas where smoking is permitted are the balcony and the terrace.

Bed linens and towels are already provided in the apartment.

PARKING:

There are several free parking spots near the apartment.
In the Belvedere area (just a short walk from the apartment), there is an electric vehicle charging station.
You can also park behind the Eden movie theater.

CHECK-OUT:

We ask that you check out by 10:30 a.m.
Late check-out is available upon request and costs 40% more than the rate for a single night.
