Our room was semi clean but the carpet had not been vacuumed at all. There was tons of people's hair on it. When I mentioned this to the manager he stated that the didn't vacuum. The AC was completely out on our floor so we had to leave the windows open. There were several bars below us that dumped large amounts of glass into trash cans hourly all night long. Then the recycling trucks came at 5:30 am every day. I literallbarely got than 3 hours sleep every night it was so incredibly loud. Ot is a shame because it is a central location. I would not recommend if you want to actually get sleep.

Having the use of the pool was great for all of us, the children loved being able to use it when we arrived and in the morning before breakfast. The breakfast was good and staff friendly, the room was looking a little tired but clean and the grounds very nice.
