"ここで朝食ビュッフェをチェックインの時に追加したんですけど、チェックアウトした後で領収書を見直したら、朝食ビュッフェの代金が二重請求されているのに気が付きました。クレームしたんですが、私の英語、と言うより、オランダ語フランス語が話せないとうまくクレームも対応してもらえないようです。"
