"I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience about this stay. The property is located in an incredibly remote area with absolutely no stores or restaurants nearby. Be aware that the on-site pizza restaurant is closed several days a week, and when it is, you cannot even use the terrace. "We had a great 3-night stay. The room was huge and nice. We love that it has 3 good size bedroom, 2 toilets, 2 baths, mini kitchen and laundry machine. The kids enjoyed the spa/tub at the seating area where they could watch tv while bathing. The pebbles around the seating area give a relaxing resort vibe. Good location. Just few minutes away from the train stations and shopping area. The staff are super friendly."

"Great value for money. 3 rooms on 2nd floor and 1st floor is common area with toliet, shower, kitchen, refrigerator. Traditional Japanese style room. Room is simple with matress, small ground table, A/C. Not much soundproof. No elevator & need to use stiff stairs. Host seems living in 1st floor. Use key to open/close room. We are a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids) and it was so small that we ended up booking a 2nd room at the hotel once we got there because we would have been so crammed. "Not anywhere near Namba and far from train stations if you have luggage. Overpriced for the location, loud trains and nothing really interesting around. We had issues with the Wi-Fi which wa important. We got in late, were unhappy with the area and feel of the building so we booked another place that night.
