"Staff were all very helpful, proving me with utensils when our delivery order didn't provide them, and allowed me to stay an extra hour after check out. Granted it was a Tuesday, and not a weekend, so I am not sure that option is always available. Rooms a little aged, and needed a little more lighting. I used the fitness room, but there was no cleaning supplies for when done. I left a mat out to show it was used to see if it would be cleaned and put away, and it was still out the following day....

Not knowing there were no windows in the unit would have been helpful, that was a bit of a shock. Overall a good experience, would go back but not stay in the Lake Riply Room 102."
