"This is still a big chain hotel - but the staff are really helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable with good temperature control, loads of fluffy towels and pillows, and a great location to explore Knoxville being very central, but still quiet. So worth it!"

"Room was clean. The a/c had been left off all day so room was hot at first.. shower handle was broke and just laid in the side of the tub with no instructions on how to use (my husband figured it out). Tv wouldn’t stay connected to internet. But other than that the price for what we got was not bad ..."
