"This beautiful lakefront property is suited for a family, not 2 couples. Everything is as described in the listing. Directions to get to the property were perfect, it is a little tucked away. Facilities were excellent and plenty of clean sheets and towels. We were probably the first renters of the season, we had to clear quite a few cobwebs on the outdoor furniture. Otherwise an excellent place for a small family. "

"Quaint cottage right on Lake Josephine. Very welcoming and had all the amenities you need! The best location on the island. 1 mile walk to the store and coffee shop. Restaurant and bar right next door and the golf course is just across the road. Islanders were very friendly and helpful. We rented kayaks from a local that lived just down the street. Only place on the island that we found to get lake equipment. Bring your fishing poles and your swim trunks. There is few great spots for swimming...

"The Steilacoom Ferry was simple to navigate online tickets as well as boarding. During the short ride across the water to Anderson island we saw dolphins and tons of jellyfish. The VRBO was incredibly easy to find from the ferry docking- maybe a 5 minute drive & just two turns. The back deck of the VRBO faces the water. "Beautiful little piece of heaven. We didnt get enough time to enjoy the house but next time we will plan accordingly. The house is adorable and meets all the comforts of home. The covered porch is amazing and the hummingbirds were everywhere! We were only a few miles from our family reunion and also to the lake. We will be plannig another stay. Thanks Megan!"

"We enjoyed our visit to Centralia for a local baseball tournament. The house gave us plenty of room and allowed us to eat in for several meals. The proximity to the tournament and restaurants gave us lots of flexibility. Despite warm outside temps the house remained comfortable inside. "The cabin is a small comfy slice of relaxation! Wonderful views of the Sound. The property is well equipped with everything you need for a glamping adventure. The outdoor shower was wonderful- hot water and fresh air. The owners added extra touches like snacks and a bottle of wine. WiFi worked great in case you need to sneak in a little work or stream a movie. I didn’t go up to the loft but might need to know that it’s ladder steps and not everyone might be able to utilize it. "

"Nice house, plenty of space, beautiful neighborhood with great bird song if that's your thing. Hot tub was definitely a huge draw and we loved it. Only detracting one star because something went wrong with the fridge. It stopped putting out cold air after we arrived. No idea why as no one did anything that could have damaged it, especially not the compressor. Luckily we didn't need it much so it all worked out. "
