Vacaciones en Tendola

Disappointment in a 4-Star Hotel: Urgent Improvements Needed I stayed at the Joy Hotel, paying >€500 for 4 nights. The experience revealed serious flaws that management must address urgently: Customer Service: At reception, they tried to upsell an upgrade (€20/day) by loudly calling my booked room "small and smart" in front of other guests. A humiliating and unprofessional tactic. Sanitation: The worst part was finding ants in the bathroom. Pest control is urgently needed. Sleep Quality: The mattress was very uncomfortable, with a noticeable hole in the center that prevented a good night's sleep. Also, the upholstered bed base had stains and frayed fabric. Hygiene: Thick layers of dust on the furniture, greasy marks on the doors, and visibly dirty floor grout. Maintenance: The shower caddy has severe rust. There is splintered furniture, scratched walls, and battered baseboards. The condition of the room and the treatment received absolutely do not justify its price or its 4-star rating.
