"The positives were that everyone loved that there was something to do for everyone, pool, cardroom, televisions,plenty of room to move around inside and outside, the beds were super comfortabl. The negative ( things that we were able to get around) stairs on main floor were a little loose, basement bathroom towelrack near pool room kept falling off; the top rack of dishwasher loose; one door interior door had large paint spout; main floor kitchen living room couch had stain on back, one of the...

"It was fine. Was clean and comfortable. Very convenient to Sweetwater Creek State Park which is what we were looking for. Kitchen was a little odd with some many locked cabinets. No dishwasher detergent."

"The place was spacious & accommodated my family well. The amount of bathrooms was such a positive 4 full baths! The uniqueness & color scheme was a nice touch. I wouldn’t mind staying there again. However I do feel the towels & wash clothes need to be updated. I personally brought my own & i am glad I did.Otherwise no complaints. I also appreciated them allowing us to check in early. that was very helpful as we were exhausted from our travels. "

"Its in a great location away from busy traffic in a quiet neighborhood. House is very spacious and fairly clean. We had a good time and enjoyed our stay."

"Pros- good size and good location.Cons- not enough towels (knew in advance the number of people staying.Broken dishwasher- no note on it. Found out by opening to a very foul smell with standing water. Found a note later in the guest book that it isn’t working by chance. Outdoor garbage cans were overflowing and on the street. Reached out to owner with what to do with our garbage and no response.Mower came without warning and was parked where we needed to park.Cockroach in the silverware...

"This house was exactly as listed. Neighborhood was nice and quiet, pretty centrally located to some good food and shopping. It was also within an easy drive of everywhere we needed to be as we visited family.Plenty of space and nice amenities. Would absolutely stay again."
