"The service of the staff was excellent and car parking is free. However, the plug sockets next to the bed required moving the bedside tables, so if you want to use any electrical devices whilst in bed, you had to use the sockets across the room. The toilet positioned in the room were too close to the wall and the handles to open the windows were loose and call fall out anytime. "

"This is a lovely old building. The rooms are very comfortable and the bed is superb for a good nights sleep. Set just outside town, a short taxi ride in and out, it was very quiet and ample safe parking. The Dinner was very good (Belly pork) and you must try the garlic and cheese bread, it is huge like a pizza and far more than we expected.
The staff are very friendly and helpful, they made our stay a memorable one. Thank you very much.
I would definitely stay here again if we are in the area."

"The room was clean and tidy, spacious, bed was lumpy, and there is a green light on all night so room is never dark. Staff were very polite and friendly. Restaurant was very hit and miss with there opening times. But plenty of other Restaurants outside hotel. Breakfast had limited cereals, cooked breakfast had overcooked sausages and bacon and was overpriced at £17.
