"Team of staff are attentive, professional and helpful. Shirley sun from house keeping has kept our stay very comfortable. She provides excellent service. The staff at the cafe during voco time gave us excellent service and we were about to order Chinese food to consume on top of our complimentary high team. The young man, can't remember his name at the counter could even recognize us as regular customer and help us with the menu our last day there."

"A lovely place to park when in GZ. Location is great. However, some hiccup, on day 1, though i booked my room in early 2025, the hotel could not check me in, they were overbked and had no room which i booked already for me. It was disappointing, however front desk, a young man was v nice and proactive, he got me a room in another hotel, within the same block for one night. But it was inconvenient, i had to move day 2. "The property was clean(except there was a hint of cigarette smell in our room) with efficient staffs, and the breakfast buffet was also decent. The hotel is located 500-600 mtrs away from a subway station and the bus stand is right in front of the hotel. Overall it was a good place to stay."

"The stay was generally good and close to shopping district at Beijing Lu. Transportation via Didi was convenient to places of interest. Place was also kept very clean and tidy. Only concern was that there was no place to rest / sit during checkin and checkout process. After checking out (with luggages), I had to sit at the steps while waiting to leave for the airport."

"This is an amazing hotel which i recommend if you have a big family. There’s a famous walking street nearby just one-two minutes walk which we love so much that we come back every day. Highly recommend this hotel."
