Terraces 602 is an ideally situated condo with unsurpassable ski-in/out access and views of towering mountain peaks that stretch as far as the eye can see. This home is a calm sanctuary for all-day skiing during the winter months, followed by alfresco brunches on the sun-dappled terrace. There are also plenty of lush meadow trails and rocky hilltops nearby that are ripe for exploring during the warmer summer months. No matter what season you decide to come for, Terraces 602 offers one of the best spots to take in all the beauty of the San Juan Mountains.

The terraces community is a prestigious neighborhood of townhomes located on a sunny hilltop steps from chairlifts one and 10. When you arrive at Terraces 602, you’ll notice the stunning views of the rocky mountains throughout the home. The living room has high vaulted ceilings that enhance the room’s sense of space, while a gorgeous dual-sided fireplace adds a touch of sophistication and comfort. The living room has a comfortable selection of deluxe leather couches, warm vintage mountain decor, and a significant HDTV. You’ll love spending time in this cozy and inviting space that is great for kicking back and enjoying a movie or a fireside book.

The stylish kitchen is tucked into an alcove around the corner and offers sumptuous timber cabinetry and thick granite countertops. The kitchen is fully stocked and comes with a microwave, integrated dishwasher, and gas range, plus several stainless steel appliances that make it a blast to cook something up here. A long island bar allows for comfortable seating in the kitchen, while the nearby dining table has plenty of space for more formal meals with views towards the lush mountain ranges.

Down the hallway, you’ll find the spectacular primary suite. This room offers a plush king-size bed, an HDTV, and an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
Across from the Primary bedroom is a guest room with two twin-sized beds that can be converted into a split king upon request. This bedroom has sensational western decor and access to a full bathroom across the hall.
The final sleeping area is the upstairs loft. This room boasts a queen-size bed that overlooks the living room from above.

Terraces 602 is a perfect option for those who seek to get the most out of their stay. Its location allows you to explore all of Telluride plus the ski lift and Chondola are just steps away. The Chondola (chairlift+gondola) operates in the winter only but the free on-demand shuttle service takes you where you need to be the rest of the year. Additionally, the terraces enjoy breathtaking year-round scenery and spectacular views of towering 14,000 mountain peaks. All this, in a home built for endless entertaining.

We go every year for the film festival, and we had a small crew this year. The condo was perfect for our group, but if you had only couples going, it might not work as well. Probably better suited for families because of the loft. It would be a perfect place in the ski season, but for us the drive to get to the base and gondola was a haul. The condo was lovely, though, had everything we needed, and even when a water leak happened in an attached condo, they got it fixed really quickly on a holiday weekend. Service was great!!

We loved staying here - warm, cozy space with lots of light, slopes were just across the street. Concierge service was helpful. It is on the small side so kids had little privacy, but overall worked well for our family of 5.

The place was great, had good cookware, and was very clean. Love that we were 50th Ry away from the ski in/ski out spot that got us to chair lifts quickly. Hidden gem for sure with the location and the view of The Palmyra Peak and top of Revelation Bowl lift.

Overall, this condo was just as advertised. It's clean, cozy, well-stocked and in the winter, the proximity to the gondola is hard to beat. It worked well for our family with three kids, but just as advertised, it's truly a one bedroom with two other loft/sleeping spaces. These are not closed off so there's not a lot of privacy or sound barriers. It's also up two flights of stairs so make sure your guests are fine with that. We were, and our stay was perfect! Also, the view is great because you can watch the chair lift and skiers on the mountain. It's a very good value for the money!

I was thinking by the picture that it was a single condo instead of an apartment type of setup. The condo that I rented was up three flights of stairs! The condo was nice, but for my sisters and I, it was difficult going up and down stairs and as far back into the community as you could get.

Loved staying at this property as a family with our children. The accommodations were great, and we would rent here again. The location was a little 'tough'. The lift was closed for Summer months due to it's location relative to the Golf Course. That meant that we had to drive to the Gondola. That was the only 'negative' to the location. Other than that small 'negative', it was an excellent destination and we would like to stay there again in the future.

We stayed in Mountain Village for a summer family wedding at Alta Lakes. The location was perfect, quiet and cozy yet close or everything you might want. The gondolas are a fun way to see a lot in a short amount of time. The dial a ride option and bus system are both convenient ways to get around. We would definitely stay again!

The location of this condo was perfect to be near family staying at the Madeline Hotel. Mountain village was ideal with access to Telluride. The kitchen was well equipped, good linens, plenty of towels and the place was clean. We could have used a few more hangers, but we may have had more dress clothes than the average guest. We were a family of 3, I believe 6 people could have fit comfortably. The communication given by Exceptional Stays was was excellent. We enjoyed our stay.
