Disfruta de los eventos del festival a las afueras de tu puerta en Elks Park o da un corto paseo a Telluride Town Park para disfrutar más del verano. La góndola y el remonte gratuitos están a menos de una cuadra de distancia. Todas las tiendas y restaurantes de la histórica calle principal de Telluride están a la vuelta de la esquina. Asista a un concierto o espectáculo justo al final de la calle en la histórica Ópera de Sheridan.

    Esta unidad de estilo victoriano ha sido recientemente remodelada (enero de 2020) y cuenta con un dormitorio principal con cama queen con una acogedora terraza orientada al este y una vista tremenda del Box Canyon. Los detalles y la decoración modernos brindan un hogar ligero y cómodo fuera de casa para su estadía. El elegante papel tapiz de álamo adorna las áreas tipo loft, haciendo de esta su escapada de "casa del árbol". El espacio tipo loft proporciona una cama queen adicional.

    La sala de estar y la cocina están en el primer nivel, con la suite principal y el loft en el segundo nivel. El baño, también en el primer nivel, cuenta con pisos de baldosas con calefacción, la cocina ofrece un horno de convección, microondas, tostadora, olla eléctrica y más para sus necesidades de cocina.

    Hay estacionamiento designado por orden de llegada para este edificio y también se proporcionará un pase de estacionamiento en la calle para su estadía. Almacenamiento para bicicletas y esquí también están disponibles en esta ubicación.

The loft was super cute, and in an awesome location! We were able to walk to everything that we wanted to do in town. The check-in process and communication with the host was extremely easy, and we even extended our stay an extra night with no sweat! We will definitely be back.

This house has the perfect location in town! We loved being in the middle of everything. Only complaint was for a 4 person stay the living room seating was sometimes hard to navigate for movie nights but otherwise it was perfect! Would for sure book again!

Amazing location next to Elk Park

Fantastic location and adorable house! Perfect for two adults but a little tight for any more than that. Well appointed and manager was prompt and very helpful when contacted. Really enjoyed our stay!

Our expectations were exceeded by this condo. The location couldn’t be better, walk to the gondola, market and downtown area. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We will be back!

Telluride in March

The snow was falling and it was great to be back after a few years away. The location was perfect and the place clean and functional- love the heated floor in the bathroom! We will be back for sure!

We had a great time, amazing location! There is a fire hazard that should be remedied immediately, we were told to ignore it and turn off our heat.

Awesome!

My teen son and I stayed at the Dahl House for a holiday ski trip. The place was creatively decorated and the space was super unique with a great view from the bed rooms. Can’t beat the location to everything in Telluride. Communication was top notch and the service during our stay which included daily shoveling of walk ways and tips for parking made our stay that much better.

Bluegrass

This was the perfect spot for 2 people. Short walk to the festival, the market is a few buildings down, shops and restaurants, and the gondola a block away. The space is small but clean and tidy. The beds were comfortable and cozy. For 2 friends for a girls weekend of bluegrass, it couldn't have been better!

Cozy and Perfect Location

My husband and I’s stay was perfect. We loved how cozy the place was. It was extremely clean when we arrived. Check in was super easy and texting the management made communication very convenient. Even though it is small, the furniture layout was a great use of space and it has everything you need. The location could not be better, you are just steps from restaurants, shopping, and the gondola. We loved our stay and would definitely book again!

Fabulous location!

The property made a great use of a smaller space. It had everything one needed and the proximity to all important things in town (the gondola, coffee shop, restaurants, shopping, ski rental) was absolutely unbeatable! Highly recommended!!!

Very nice place in perfect location

small/cozy place, but really nice and in a perfect location. We loved this place and had a great time. The Friday farmers market out the front door and the music in the park 100 ft away was great. 1 block from the gondola and steps from the main strip. Perfect! Highly recommend for couple. It was a little tight for our family of 4 but we loved it regardless.

Perfect location!

Cozy place with the perfect location in Telluride! Close to the gondola & restaurants in town. So nice to have a balcony off of the bedroom upstairs. Be aware there is a spiral staircase & ladder to the loft. Street parking permit appreciated! Worked great for me!

Short winter stay

Great location for in town activities as well as access to Gondola. Carrying luggage up the stairs was cumbersome and luggage stowage would be nice but with no dressers, space became a premium. I called to ask for assistance on a few issues and response was prompt and resolved quickly. Be mindful of street cleaning days in winter if you have a car parked on the street.

Excellent location and fine for spending a few nights

Good for two people but definitely not more than that. Not a place to really hang out as much as sleep and be very close to everything the town has to offer. No AC so have to keep windows open. bedroom needs blinds on upper window. Tuff sunshine right in face in bed early in the AM. Overall we enjoyed though. Very clean and has everything we needed. Thank you!

all about location

Excellent location to Gondi, Oak Street lift and town. Easy access with Telluride express shuttle. having a car would have been a royal pain! Nice view of the mountains from the upstairs walk out. Very tight beds, and the loft is not for the faint of heart. Decent size bathroom with heated floor a bonus. Kitchen could have been organized better for such a small space.(stacking the toaster oven and microwave; and lowering the shelves) It would be difficult to fit 4 for meals- even breakfast, but we were only 2:) and we ate lunch and dinners out. Fantastic town, restaurants and bars. The ski closet had so much stuff in it we just left the skis & poles on the porch. All in all we enjoyed our stay very much and will be back.

“treehouse” in the heart of telluride!

could not have asked for a better location! the proximity to the gondola, coffee shops, and restaurants was phenomenal. the space is tiny but has everything you need- super clean and thoughtfully designed. highly recommend! we hope to come back next year!
