Satisfied customer

We had a wonderful stay. The room was clean and well organized. However, it was hot. Unfortunately, our room faced away from the wind so opening the window didn't help. We did use the small fan that was provided.

Great location

My husband and I stayed in one of the subdivided rooms…huge condo where one large bedroom suite/bathroom had its own private entrance with microwave and small fridge. It was larger than I envisioned, clean with great mattress and pillows. No issues with noise, but like any stay it can depend on who your neighbors are…very great positive experience at a fair price for Telluride lodging up in Mountain Village. Great value…pool, two spas and exercise room. Would stay again…staff awesome!

Wonderful space and conveniently located

The room was in a beautiful property that overlooked the pool and trees surrounding the property. There was a lot of space in the room for me, my spouse and our infant. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The property had a ton of amenities and we wished we had booked a longer stay to take advantage of everything. The property is located near the gondola, so getting around Mountain Village and Telluride was extremely easy (we didn’t need to use our car except to go hiking).

Great Place

overall pretty great place to stay, and the staff was very nice and helpful. The only real gripe is that the TV and setup were very old and dated and slowwwwww. For the amount this place costs per night, would think updated electronics would be standard policy. if you like to relax and watch tv or a movie after a hard day on the mountain, this this could be frustrating for you as an option.

Short Stay

Service from the staff was excellent! As was the free shuttle to get to and from the shops / restaurants in the village. Only negative was we were able to hear the neighbors next door; however, it was never a big issue.

Weekend Getaway

My main complaint is that the walls are very thin and sound easily travels from the lock off room to the main condo. Our first two nights there was a crying baby and what sounded like three or more kids and two adults. I actually looked into somewhere else to stay after the first night due to the noise. Luckily by the third night they had left. It was also difficult or impossible to find a parking spot later in the day. Besides that, it was a nice place and good location.

Great Lodge

We had a great stay at the Bear Creek Lodge. The room was clean and near pool, hot tubs and gym. It was exactly as it appears in the photos with a great view of the mountains. The staff was very friendly and the shuttle bus was great. The lobby has a beautiful lodge and is only a few minutes for the gondola.

Perfect location. Clean and hospitable

We did not stay here much as we were at the music festival most of the time, but it was the perfect place to sleep and clean up. Great parking, close to the gondola into town, and a free shuttle service. Room was clean and updated. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to sleep. It was small but worked out perfectly for the two of us. Bathroom very big and room. I will stay here again.

All the employees are very nice!

All employees made sure that you were taken care of during your stay. The lobby is very nice with great views. Fresh cold water waiting your arrival. Easy access to the gondola by way of a trail that is directly behind the establishment. Just take the trail and right across the street is the gondola. If you didn't want to take the small hike, the driver will drop you off right in front of the gondola. Also, across the street is the Mountain Village grocery store (anything you want is there). In the lobby is free coffee and hot tea. The room was on the small side, but it served its purpose. The bathroom was fairly large. Nice full length mirror on the wall. You can hear the neighbors surrounding you if talking and walking above you. All in all, it was very nice. Nice pool, hot tub and fire pit for anyone to use. Great location for getting to downtown Telluride. Our room didn't have a view, but there were other rooms to book if that is what is important to you. Everyone working there is very nice!!!!!
