Conveniently located in Telluride Town, alongside the beautiful meandering San Miguel River, and just 200 yards from lift #7, ⛷ it's a quick walk to the chairlift and then when coming down you can actually ski right down to your place!
This spacious, recently remodeled light and bright corner unit is a rare find in Telluride. The unit features new hardwood floors, updated furniture, art and decor, and a cozy fireplace in the living room.

One king bedroom, one shower bath (w/separate toilet room for privacy)
Plus a queen size sofa-sleeper in the living room. Sliding doors between bedroom and living room can be pull closed to create two separate sleeping or hanging spaces.

Fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances, breakfast bar, sitting area with sofa & coffee table, flat-screen TVs in bedroom and in living room, and a sweet little fireplace adds to the cozy, romantic ambiance, summer and winter.

Blackout shades. Abundant closet space. Common BBQ and picnic area just outside by the river, and two brand new outdoor hot tubs, a minute's walk down the hallway from your place. *****PARKING!********Ample free parking. You may choose to park in the inn courtyard parking lot or at the CarHenge free parking lot, both lots have parking spaces that are right outside of the unit. (Personally, I prefer the carhenge lot. Its generally less crowded. Feel free to plug "carhenge free parking lot" into your navigation. Once there, turn left into the parking lot, drive to the last row, turn right and halfway up that row is the best place to park. You will see the little walking path into the Inn and your unit is right in front of you. Great, if you have groceries and luggage and stuff.) both parking lots are available to our guests.

This lovely unit is just 2 blocks from the grocery store, and a short walk to the one-of-a-kind free gondola or to the center of historic Telluride town.

The river trail is just outside your door and offers a delightful walking path along the river that meanders all alongside town and beyond, or you can walk 1/2 block to catch the free Galloping Goose shuttle all ocer town if you prefer to ride.

Coin laundry is available on site.
One parking spot comes with the unit; please let us know if you have more than one vehicle so we can give you parking instructions..
There is an additional charge for more than two people staying in the unit, please inquire.

Perfect place for our ski trip

We had a wonderful time staying here for a week. Great location right next to the chair and easy access at the end of the day. The kitchen was well equipped. The fireplace was a nice touch for the cooler mornings. We loved the hot tub. We will definitely stay here again!

Great location

This was our first time to Teeluride! The location was great. You had the option to walk through a parking lot for one ski lift or walk about 7 min down a trail next to a creek to get to the gondola and another ski lift! It was perfect... also that 7 min walk for u to the center of town where you can shop and eat... the place was just as described. Plan to stay again next time we gone:)

Best Value in Telluride

I’ve visited Telluride many times and this is the l perfect spot if you want to stay down in town. A short walk from Main Street and the Gondola and right next to the ski lift. Very affordable as well. My wife and I stayed here for 10 nights and had no issues at all. 10/10!

Great location!

Very cute and clean. We loved the fireplace! Extremely convenient to unpack the car and not have to deal with stairs. The windows look out onto the parking lot, but they have very cute coverings so you don’t feel like you’re in a fishbowl. Great jacuzzi!

Host was very responsive and the property was well-maintained, well-stocked, and very convenient. We very much enjoyed our time staying here and would most certainly do so again. Wonderful cozy condo

We loved our stay in Jennifer‘s condo. It is super cozy and comfortable and has everything you need. The bed and linens and towels are all fabulous. Having a fireplace was the cherry on top! Jennifer is super easy to communicate with and very accommodating! Will definitely stay there again!!

Cozy condo near everything!

Jen’s property is exactly as pictured and had everything we needed for a girls weekend in telluride. The condo is part of a cute mountainside inn which has new hot tubs and sits along the river and at the base of the mountain. The place is situated perfectly so that everything in town is walkable… riverside trail, gondola, restaurants, market, etc. My favorite part of the condo itself is the glorious king sized bed, it was sooooo comfortable!

Great location!

Loved the place! Great location, a short walk to everything. Traffic outside the unit is a bit annoying as it's on the main floor adjacent to two parking lots BUT the unit itself was perfect and we would consider staying there again. Great communication with the owner, everything went as planned!

Comfortable, convenient, affirdable

Lovely 5-nite stay in this cute condo in Telluride. Walking distance to everything. Unit met all of our needs comfortably. Owner lives nearby and was very helpful, always responding quickly. Condo is an updated first floor corner unit in an older building. View is to parking lot, but there is a charming sitting area by the river with two new hot tubs at the other end of the building. We had no security issues but recommended that owner add a small safe for peace of mind as it is necessary to keep screened windows open in warm summer weather. We will definitely book again and recommend to friends. Excellent value; it’s a find in pricey Telluride!
