We thought we made a reservation at a Telluride Hotel, but only found out later it was through Vrbo and it looks like we rented someone's condo. That means extra fees after you have made the reservation. An unpleasant surprise. The parking fee was also a late surprise: $30 per night. The location is excellent with easy access to the Mountain Village Gondola, but we would not stay there again.

Absolutely will stay here again

We were in town for a wedding and I didn’t feel like spending the typical $$$$ on a place in Telluride. Because this was one of the more affordable options I assumed the pictures were better than reality. Nope - I was amazed. This place is amazing. Clean, comfortable, spacious, wonderful customer service, convenient shuttle to the gondola, etc. We didn’t use the gym/pool/hot tub but it all looked amazing! Overall, way better than my expectations and a really nice place to stay.

Mountain village paradise

My husband and I went for a long weekend. We had never been to Colorado before, and our stay in Mountain Village made it very memorable!! The views, the gondolas, and the friendliness of the staff was amazing!! Can’t wait to go back soon!

Felt like home! Very clean, great amenities, honestly way under-rated. This place could easily rent for more as it feels like a one bedroom apt! Will absolutely stay here again if we come back to Telluride!

Lovely Property with Amazing Customer Service!

This property is great, with an INCREDIBLE staff who were extraordinarily kind and informative. They are true stars. The property has a nice gym with sauna and steam room. The pool/hot tub area was nothing special, but we were there to snowboard, not swim! The property has an on-demand shuttle that takes you right where you need to go, IMMEDIATELY, with no waiting. Again, the staff that operates the shuttle and the property were amazingly accommodating and treat you like family. The only reason I'm not giving this stay four stars is that nothing in our room worked. The tv didn't work. After messing with it for half an hour, we tried calling the front desk. But the room phone didn't work. We called on our cell, and the staff came and was able to fix the tv after playing with it for half an hour or so. He was super nice and apologetic about it. Again, the staff was the best part of our experience. We then discovered the hair dryer didn't work; again, the staff was there within a few minutes with a new hair dryer, which was great, but it is weird that three things in the room didn't work. We never did get the room phone working. The room did have a working microwave and refrigerator, which was super convenient. The room also has an amazing bath area. The room itself is conveniently located - close to the lobby elevator, gym, and hot tubs/pool. I highly recommend this place and would stay here again.

Nice property, great personnel. Great location

Loved the room and amenities. Especially the bathroom. Much larger than I expected with GREAT water pressure. Only things missing were chairs and maybe a small work desk.
