The Bear Creek Boutique is where location, affordability and comfort come to hang out! With original artwork, creative touches, an open and sunny layout and the first round of happy hour ALWAYS on us, this is an ideal property for the solo traveler, couples and small families! Located in the heart of Telluride with sunny views of the ski area and the Bear Creek preserve. The BCB is mere steps from Telluride’s culinary and cocktail scene, town park, the free gondola and multiple hiking trails!



THE SPACE:
Located in the Spiral Stairs Building, this condo is situated steps from ALL that Telluride has to offer! Enjoy a full kitchen, a king size bed and the benefits of living LARGE but at small prices! There are two couches with the larger one doubling as a sleeper if needed. This unit has a full kitchen and is stocked with everything you need to make meals and enjoy your own private Apre'. The large picture window overlooks sleepy San Juan Avenue and benefits from long hours of south facing sunshine. With views of the Telluride ski area and Bear Creek preserve, a stay at Spiral Stairs will have you soaking in the majestic mountains that tower over this small valley.



The bedroom has a massive king bed and ample closet space. There is a ski locker on the ground level for your gear storage needs. The community open-air patio has a large BBQ grill and picnic tables for your use. We also offer one off-street covered parking space (NO CARS NEEDED!) for your stay. There is a small paid laundry room for guest use located directly across the small picnic area right outside the unit. Finally, it is our tradition to ensure that our guests arrive to snacks, sparkling waters, cold beers, coffees and teas!



THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
This cozy condo is located in the Bear Creek corner of Telluride. Staying at the Bear Creek Boutique (BCB) allows guests to walk to nearly every attraction Telluride has to offer. With the free gondola 1 block away, guests can zip over to the town of Mountain Village or access the ski mountain. Chair 8 is also located 1 block from this property. The restaurants La Marmote and Smugglers Union are a stone's throw from the BCB and are great local eateries. The free Galloping Goose bus also has a stop 1 block from your front door and can zip you from east to west in town with ease!

The place was very nice and comfortable. Would stay again. The original ad mentioned access to a hot tub that ended up not being true. Contacted the management company and they said it was an error and offered a refund to make up for it. Would stay again.

Condo is in an excellent location just across the street from the gondola to mountain village. It is well set up with comfortable furniture and decor. The host is kind enough to leave little extras including beer, wine, filtered water and sparking water in the fridge. No AC, but totally not needed. Only issue is the street noise can be a little loud in the evenings due to a bar just below on the street. We used the gas grill in the common area to cook steaks and laundry room was easy to use as well. I really a great place to stay in a perfect location to walk around telluride and get up the mountain.

It was an amazing stay!

Everything about this property was perfect for the few days of stay in Telluride! The location is perfect for skiing, shopping, and dining. Would 100% come back again with how amazing the location is along with the host.

Great location in Telluride

3 blocks off the Main Street, 2 blocks from the river and walking path - perfect. Quiet location, and the condo was just right for us. Would have given 5 stars if it had an outdoor balcony and fireplace. Very clean, and a great bed and shower. Snacks, wine and coffee/tea were appreciated and a very nice touch. Be aware that there is no elevator, which did not matter to us but might be important to others. Property manager took 2 days to reply to an email question so not very attentive, but we had no issues once we got there so it was not a problem.

Great location in Telluride for blues and brews festival

The condo was ideally located, walking distance from festival grounds which was fantastic. Great remodeled bathroom and shower! Cute shared patio just outside. The bed was soft and droopy; I believe the mattress needs to be replaced. Windows are not of the greatest quality so sound from the street enters easily. The front windows do not have screens, so when we left them open for fresh air bugs got in.

The perfect location in downtown Telluride.

We had a great stay! The bed was very comfortable and the condo clean and the perfect space for a couple. It has fantastic walk ability to the gondolas, shopping and restaurants. I think it's the perfect location and there is parking for the unit. Telluride has limited parking and once you are here... you can walk everywhere!

Fantastic place to stay in Telluride!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property! The space was beautifully designed and was extremely clean and comfortable. The location is fantastic and walkable to everything in Telluride! There is also a great view of the mountains from the living room. I would definitely stay here again!

This location can simply not be beat in Telluride! You add a well-appointed unit with comfy beds (both in the bedroom and pull-out couch) and communicative hosts for the win. Would stay here again!

Amazing Location!

The condo was just as pictured and the location could not be beat. The management was impeccable (best I've ever seen) with outstanding communication. The check-in, check-out, and overall vacation there was the most impressive experience I've had with a VRBO.

Location and interior of this place is absolutely perfect! Walking distance to everything, safe parking place for the car, so walking around to all meals and hikes was exceptional. The place itself is so nicely decorated and comes with all the welcoming touches and needed items. I would stay here again in a heartbeat, sad to leave!
