"Although the apartment was spacious and reasonably priced, there were a few negative points. There wasn't any light outside the entrance door to the block, so that in the dark it was impossible to see the key pad. Luckily I had a torch with me. The heating was inadequate and apart from five coat hangers on a free standing rail, there were no drawers or anywhere to store anything. "

"We were extremely annoyed with the standard of cleanliness of the studio. We had to clean the kitchen with all of its utensils, bathroom and living area ourselves!!The portable heater would only work on low! The bed was very uncomfortable, the pillows flat and the duvet was all clumped up!!We were very disappointed clients!!"

"Lovely clean flat for the money, okay location, no lift but it did the job! Unfortunately went to the wrong place first (clifton village rather than house) and it took 5 calls, 40 minutes and the operator accidentally letting us into someone else’s room before anyone realised, so maybe some better operator training necessary. Which was once part of the kitchen are with many quirky rooms and features such as a Bread oven in the kitchen.
