"Property was super cute with the A style home. Outdoors was so beautiful. The river was so pretty as well. Great layout and hot tubs were very relaxing. Inside the home it was clean but some things could be cleaner. The couch had dog hairs, some silverware had stains, the shampoo/conditioner bottles were definitely not cleaned because there was black around the bottom of the bottles. "Very disappointed that no transportation was available to pick us up in Fraser from the Amtrak dropoff, and no pick up available after we walked down to the WP resort for a meal. Also disappointed you had no restaurant facilities available for dinner or breakfast. You charged a pretty high room rental to be short of amenities like this. However, we found the front desk staff to be very helpful and courteous!"

We heard doors slamming all night which made sleep impossible for the whole family including my toddler. When I complained about it the next morning, the front desk staff told me they knew about the noise level in the room but had to give it to me because they were full. This was not ok for a room that cost over $250/night"

They ran out of supplies bc they were busy (for several days). No milk and despite being directly beside grocery store refused to obtain for the guests. Manager was rude. Never ever would I go again and there are so many other places to stay. Avoid"
