"They could not accommodate my health issue as i reserved the room and showed up later in the evening, but the manager and owner himself went out of their way to make sure i was safe.. the owner even went to another hotel to get me a room where I'd be healthy and happy. I cannot thank them enough for their understanding and complete kindness. These guys deserve 10 stars but it's not an option."

"We would stay here again. The location was great with a park across the street and nearby grocery stores. No restaurants were open nearby, despite it being Saturday night. The room was generally quiet and the sheets were super soft. The room was big and had good options to lay out our suitcases. The room also had a mini fridge, however there was no bottled water in the room. The toilet seat and toilet paper rack were both very loose, but the bathroom had a fan. "Great location-just 1 block north of Plaza Grande (as hotels.com says but contrary to what Google maps say as of today: and you'll need to tell cabs/ubers/...).
