"Michele and Sara are awesome. Michele greeted us and got us settled in. He provided local information on things to see, do and places to eat. We were extremely happy with our room. "After a rocky start I leave my 3 nights stay at Sarna Residence with a traste of pity. Great bullying (battooms should be bigger!) in an charming lot with a garden ando pool well design, you go away with nobody to say at least :" bye, ci vediamo....have a nice trip". Very odd for a family managed property. Trully. Even when I leave my usual 4 Stars hotel in front of Trafalgar Square ("Page8") they come to the door and give us a proper and kind farewell. Very unusual such little care of a...
