Innen hui und außen pfui, dafür einwandfreier Service

Das Hotel und dessen Zugang sind von außen wirklich nicht schön. Aber wir haben das Hotel wegen des Hotels und der Aussicht und nicht wegen der Sicht aufs Hotel gewählt. Das Hotel ist trotz Navi sehr schwer zu finden, da sich der Zugang auf Höhe der Tiefgarage in einer Art Unterführung/Tunnel befindet. Parken in der Tiefgarage ist sehr teuer, wir haben aber vor dem Hotel immer einen Parkplatz gefunden, wenn auch erst nach ein paar Runden drehen. Extrem freundliches, hilfsbereites und zuvorkommendes Personal. Leider gab es kein Frühstück und war somit nicht buchbar. Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer gebucht, jedoch ein 3-Bett-Zimmer erhalten. Das Doppelbett war riesig und die Matratze in einem Stück und sehr bequem. Obwohl eine niedrigere Kategorie gebucht, hatten wir einen Whirlpool direkt im Zimmer. Die Aussicht auf den Yachthafen ist einzigartig, dem konnte das marode Gebäude auch nichts anhaben.

we'll be back

it was hard to find the address. thanks to taxi driver who called the front desk :) the hotel is close to most major attractions, pool & beach is very close. do not have great expectations, this is a great value hotel for your money/budget..

Romantic getaway

the television always went out, it's really hard to find the hotel, it took us 4 hours. It's called royal t suites, not royalty. It was clean. Not amazing and not what the pics portrayed. Bummed.

Location

Location was a bit shady and we had screaming kids staying next to us. Outside the place was a bit sketchy and smelled like urine... but down the steps was the beach and it was fantastic.

Good hotel to experience the city of Tel Aviv

A good hotel with friendly and helpful staff. It has a nice view on the seaside and a nice open balcony tht dubbels as a boardwalk. The only thing that draws down the "bekvämligheter/comfort" column is the lack of inhouse restaurant for breakfast and thelike. But has most shops and restaurant facilities nearby. For the money spent thou its a good choise.

Good location

It was difficult to find, due to the fact that Marina hotel takes all the attention when you are at the destination point. The hotel is just upstairs at Marina hotel. The rooms facing the sea are very good. The ones facing the underground ringroad, not that nice, but comfortable anyway. Everything very clean and new. People very nice.

Very cheap, nothing special

A cheap place to stay, but hard to find amongst several other larger and better signposted hotels. The staff were very helpful and friendly, but the room was small and very basic. If you are just after a bed for the night, this place is an option, but there are better hotels in Tel Aviv for only a little bit more.

Definitiv kein 4-Sterne Hotel (max. 2)

Die Zimmer konnten nicht das halten, was die Bilder versprachen und es hat einen Grund, warum keine Außenaufnahmen existieren. Das Personal ist jung und meist freundlich und bemüht. Die Lage ist recht gut. Dennoch Komfort ist etwas anderes, gerade wenn man ein 4 Sterne Hotel erwartet. Frühstücksbuffet Fehlanzeige. Wirkt alles sehr improvisiert und bei unserem Zimmer fiel fast die Türklinke ab. Vielleicht doch besser ins benachbarte Carlton oder Marina Hotel

Cheap and Cheerful

Dont go with high expectations and you wont be disappointed, especially if you havent booked a sea view room. Whilst the location is perfect and the price reflects the simpleness of the hotel, its worth pointing out that we regretted not spending extra on a sea view as the other view is a car park and main road underground with no daylight. The staff were pleasant enough although found them less then accommodating in certain aspects.

L'hotel est correct, sans être luxeux. Toutefois, il se trouve qu'il faut monter un étage à pied avant de pouvoir y entrer..., ce qui a été très dur dans mon cas (problème cardiaque). Il manque également d'un restaurant (au moins pour le petit dejeuner). Je sugère l'installation de quelques crochets sur la porte interne de la salle de bain pour suspendre des vertements, ainsi que le déplacement du coffre à une hauteur accessible (il se trouve actuellement pratiquement à la hauteur du sol, ce qui fait que je n'ai pu l'utiliser (Chambre # 5. Je n'ai pas réussi à faire marcher mon ordinateur dans ma chambre.

Know What You Are Looking For

I was visiting on a business trip, and I wanted to stay at the beach. This hotel suited me well. However, the room was smaller than I expected, and the room in the picture looks bigger than what it actually is. If you are looking for an upscale hotel with lobby and restaurant on the premises, this is not for you. These are basically simple, clean rooms located in a very nice location in Tel Aviv. That's it. The staff work hard and are very friendly.

Good Tel Aviv Experience

Great location for the beach and walking around Tel Aviv! It is rather difficult to find since it is sandwiched between a parking garage and an upper deck and this is all part of an underpass of sorts. Hard to explain but you will get what I mean when you see it. When you see it from the outside you think to yourself "this is not what I booked." Luckily it was exactly what you see online once you get into the rooms. They are modern and clean which is clearly important. I was very satisfied with the rooms! I do not spend much time in my room so the views are not important. Our room faced the roadway so not a great view. The other rooms faced the sea which some people might like if they are not going to be out at the beach. Now the staff was hit and miss. When we checked in and checked out the young lady at the front desk was GREAT! She was easy to talk to and suggested places to buy snacks etc. She was kind enough to call the rental car company when our battery died in the garage. Another girl that was working on the night shift was horrible! We walked in, she walks over from the sofa where she was watching TV, walks behind the desk and puts her palms up in the universal sign of "what do you want." One might think that perhaps she does not speak English, but she did. We were sorry to have disturbed her TV time. That was the only bad experience at this hotel. I would gladly recommend this hotel! It is near the beach, car rental agencies, restaurants, bars, and shopping.
