The POP staff was amazing! Our butler, Edward, did an incredible job helping me plan each experience, and making sure that we took advantage of any deals or specials we qualified for. The food was great, especially La Boheme. We went for our honeymoon and stayed for 7 days and 6 nights. We didn’t want to leave. We will definitely be back. P

I had an amazing time at this resort! The service was outstanding, and everyone was very attentive. A special thank you to Emmanuel Rosario Gálvez, who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. He showed us around the resort, made sure we had everything we needed, and provided exceptional service at all times. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a wonderful vacation. The only suggestion I would make is to offer more traditional local food options. Other than that, everything was excellent!

This is an absolutely amazing facilities with beautiful facilities and landscaping and a beautiful beach and many awesome pools. And the waterpark is fantastic. The staff are friendly and helpful. It would be perfect. But the food is awful.
