"You feel special being in a place that remote. At the same time it is ideally comfortable and clean.Access to the Dearh Valley is excellent using different entrance than most tourist traffic from Vegas. Solitude in this huge land.The heat pump was bit too loud."

"Pros: host was very responsive and any issues with cleanliness were quickly dealt with. Outdoor bathtubs at night were nice. Amazing views. Cons: house was very difficult to find at night, and property was full of debris and other trailers that made locating our room and navigating the property difficult. Our only sink was broken so we had to use our drinking water to do dishes. No space to prep food. Tubs were not clean on arrival and had no shade. Shower that was on listing was not there."

"Everything about the stay was 100% perfect, aside from the fact that children under age 12 were not allowed in the pool or hot tubs. This was a sad reality that we had heard about before we arrived, and which was confirmed to be a rigid policy after we arrived. This was naturally very frustrating for my almost-5 year old grandson, and for my 5 year old great-niece, seeing the rest of the entire family using the crystal clean pool and hot spring tubs every day. But it was not the policy nor fault...

"The host could have been a family member easily. We were running a little bit late and she offered to make us chicken pot pie for dinner. Came out to meet us when we got there. Make sure you read the details on what gates to go through and where to park. Would be easier if there was a sign maybe. But then again I didn't read a lot of the details out of excitement. Finally was able to drink a glass of wine with Paula and her husband. Very very nice couple. Definitely would recommend to others to...

"Clean, would have loved outdoor heaters for evening place to sit, beautiful sky. Should have asked about BBQ tank, an outdoor BBQ would have been great. Kitchenette had everything we needed."

"So the RV was fairly clean, but leveling was way off and the potty water tank overflowed and created an unsanitary condition inside the RV. Also it was really cold with insufficient heating. The heater didnt seem to work in the RV and the small heater they provided didnt keep it warm either. So we had no bathroom and heat. The only awesome parts of this was the farm and kangaroo we got to pet and feed and take pics with. Thats why i am not giving just 1 star. I really hope they keep their word...

"Very comfortable home. Kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked. Beds are comfortable. No surprises! Gayle communicated all information prior to arrival and we didn't need anything further during our stay. We were visiting family and we would stay at this property again."

"I needed a place to stay after driving cross country to help with my parents move from their RV to a permanent home. This property was ideal with a fridge and freezer to keep food and meds cold and keeping ice available for my daily drinks and to chill my travel cooler. Very clean and convenient to the RV park in Parhump vs staying in Vegas. The property has 3 mini homes/trailers like the one I stayed in as well as one permanent tiny home. Lots of parking and each unit had a nice outdoor space...

"It is convenient if you need a place to stay when visiting family in Pahrump. It was clean and clear instructions for accessing the property. I did not find the furniture or beds to be particularly comfortable and the lighting situation was either dark or too bright. The kitchen was well-appointed with lots of pans and utensils for cooking, and even condiments in the fridge and cupboards. There is no access to a washer and dryer and there is a small list of chores they ask you to do before...
