"The room and hotel was beautiful. We had views of the ocean. Hotel is quiet but close to the action (5 min walk). The breakfast is included and very good. The staff was very friendly, but seemed unorganized. Water in the room is NOT free (no sign of price but got charged at check out). Room cost is quite expensive for Colombia (would have thought the drinks in the room were included with that price). Overall it is a beautiful hotel, but maybe would stay somewhere a bit more reasonable. "

"Great hotel in a great location. The hotel was beautiful and really clean. Room was an effective use of space and the shower in the bathroom was amazing. Staff was super friendly, cocktails and breakfast was great. The whole lobby area is beautiful and great place to sit and unwind. Location is great and close to a lot of restaurants. "

"Privado was so cute and safe to stay inside the walled city. It is a must to stay here, it is walkable to everything. The best thing is that the walls are sound proof so you are able to sleep in and any noise or party going on outside you won’t hear. Staff is so sweet and so helpful with restaurants ect around the area. You are a short 5-7 min walk to the clock tour and downtown area. I will be returning back and staying at privado with my family. "

"We had the one bedroom apartment. It was big, AC worked great and having a washer and dryer was convenient. Breakfast is good and delivered each morning at set time. A beautiful rooftop pool area, the view is truly amazing. If you are looking for a relaxed hotel experience this may not be your best choice. Breakfast and housekeeping can make you feel like you are on a bit of a schedule. Very friendly and helpful staff but felt like we were continuously answering the door. Seems well suited for...
