"Flew in from Vancouver, near the 4-6pm check-in time. I reached out to the owner to notify them that my friend would check in for us. No response was given to that message or the previous message when I booked about requesting use of an outdoor space/firepit. Check-in went well for my friend, but she lost her phone on our way to dinner. She reached out to the owner via their business card phone number, asking if it was in the front lobby. No response. Our room was 79°, the common areas 73°. Sleeping was not possible. Men's restroom had no way of drying your hands for 2 days. I told the staff 4 times, still no way to dry your hands. The Pool closed, and had been closed for weeks. There was no prior notice of the Pool and the Air Conditioning failures at booking. Our 3 night stay...
