"The hotel it self was nice and clean, I think it could use a pool, hot tub, and also some outdoor seating."

"I just wanted to relax it was nice and quit. Room was great the fridge and microwave in room was nice. Other guest were friendly. It was convenient because I had things to do in both Prescott and Prescott valley."

"Five stars if love quirky, quaint stays that are not big chain hotels. Each room is different and stocked with cute little decorations. You have a patio to enjoy the sun. Downtown whiskey row and restaurants are just a quick walk down the street."

"Unfortunately the room was not up to par! The bathroom reeked of mildew, the body wash container and the conditioner container were empty. This is the first hotel I’ve stayed at that has no body lotion??!! And for the price per night this should not be how we find our room."

"We have stayed here before but this time was not what we remembered. The AC in the room was so loud and vibrated all night. The shower didn’t drain until the next morning plus we had to request more bath towels. We had a balcony facing the mountains which was pretty but the chairs were ripped so we couldn’t sit. Breakfast was still good, lots of food and many options. Staff always friendly."

"The rooms were so small. Bathrooms even smaller. You would hit the sink trying to use the toilet. Getting out of the shower was a challenge with the sink right on top. AC was only in the rooms and not throughout the hotel. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in which is disappointing considering the brand of the hotel. Would not recommend. Staff was friendly but slow in all parts of the hotel. Food was great."

"Room was very clean, good, fresh breakfast buffet,nice pool area and plenty of parking. The staff was so accommodating and friendly. Of note, was an employee named Marcus who multi-tasked many jobs and always with a smile. Management was on the spot and you could tell was overseeing everything. The location to downtown was great and walkable."
